@@adanzaro It has been slow and hard. It depends on the group you have, wm off reduces the drop, wm on makes you vulnerable. But it can be done when you've no more world quests. And lots of patience.

@@tiskoman I wouldnt call it a grind but i agree. Its very boring and stale especially if you are like me and mostly hate questing. I wish the weekly gave more tbh as i have been doing that. 500 to all isnt bad but if for some reason someone wants to ignore everything and still hit 25 it will basically take 2 years of the weekly quest. Yeah i did the math 🫠

@@The86Ripper its a grind. and you have to do that in order to complete the main quest line. i do wanna finish the main q. but i do not want to farm rep. only here for dungeons and raids so i hope they bring back renown tokens from dungewosn and raids or im gone

Yep, that's the only infinite grind that you can do without being timegated for WQs/dungeon quests/weekly Renown quest

A bunch of rewards! From cool questlines that have important story to them (with cutscenes even), to transmogs, cosmetics for dragonriding, etc. Iskarra reputation for example lets you fish new types of fish. Each have unique rewards :D If you wanna see all the rewards, check out the Renown tab by clicking the little dragon medallion thing in the bottom left of the minimap :)

The thing is, there's no need to rush as nothing REALLY important for end-game is locked behind it! So you can take it slow, do it bit by bit and enjoy the rewards as they come :D

@@teach450 If you are in luck and u see 40 man grps farming it go afk from hunt to hunt and enjoy. If not join 40 man grp and do stuff without afking xD Also darkmoon faire helped a bit, but for sure eaziest rep to farm!

It's more if you have a ton of gold just sitting around - buy the cheapest fish en masse and turn it in. It's not the best way, but it's technically the fastest route if you don't mind the price.

So, unless I'm mistaken, it's 100 rep for your first turn in of the day of any kind. It's turning in multiple 20 stacks on the same day that screws you. So get 40 of each fish, go to the Fishing hole before you log out and do the Otter and Restock dailies and turn the fish all in once. Next time you log in do the Otter and Restock dailies again and turn them all in second time and that should net you about 1800 rep in 10 minutes total time.

@@andrewshandle So the way it is since a few days ago is that you get 200 rep for the first turn in of Islefin Dorado fish and 100 for each of the other types of fish. Other than that, they all give 5 rep a day. Doing Otter and Restock dailies helps as well! So yeah, you can definitely do that, and I do mention doing the fishing holes dailies every day. But technically you can get to max renown in a day with them if you got enough fish/gold.

The guide is less than 5 minutes, the point being that many guides about this are over 20 minutes for some reason, when they don't really need to be ;P

The factions have some cosmetics people like, they all have additional quest lines people might want to do, and for those who want them, they all have a few items worth wearing (376 and 389 rewards). They also give the BOP gear upgrade mats which are highly desirable, not to mention that Professions have recipes that requires Renown to unlock. The Dragonscale also gives you a teleportation network that is nice, rock climbing and the silly camera quests. So pretty much none of it is ePeen based, its more content. Is grinding to max renown required in the first two weeks? I'd argue no, for most people they'll just get their eventually if they play the game (Tuskaar aside who are clearly lacking side quests compared to the other factions), so grinding isn't really necessary to enjoy the game. At the same time, who are we to tell players what the enjoy?

There are people who already farmed Renown to max, it can be done, it's just mega grindy :P I'm taking it very slow myself, no rush needed

@@kylus2677 World first max Renown on all Major Factions happened 4 days ago. That person, as far as I know, didn't use any exploits and strictly did legit farming, so it is definitely possible, you just have to no life it like crazy :)

The only way to have max renown RIGHT NOW is if you were grinding the good methods before they were nerfed, well, with the exception of centaurs as that one is still kinda doable.

I couldn't agree more! Rushing usually ruins my play experience. I really took my time leveling in Dragonflight, and getting to 70 took me a good few days. In the process, besides the main campaign I also did two Sojourner achievements. It was really good just diving deep and losing myself in the world. With Renown, there is no real major power-up that you will miss out on by not rushing it, so it's really a system that's made to be done over a longer period of time with regular rewards in the form of quests, transmogs and Dragonriding cosmetics. As the Pandaren say - "Slow down, life is to be savored!" :D

At about 25 renown you get BOP upgrade mats that allows for 405+ gear, that's why. The people wanting to get ahead want to do high M+ keys or the Mythic raid the day they are available. While I'd never do it, if that's how other enjoy the game, all the power to them.

Many of them are youtubers and streamers. Who wants to get ahead for more future updates and higher content, building guides, etc.

@@andrewshandle Yes, I agree with that. The thing that I was mostly thinking of was that a lot of people rush the content, blaze through everything and then say that the expansion is dead because there is nothing to do :P

@@hotgarbage926 I'd say that rushing with the content actually damages the quality of the content those creators put out. I think it's much better for the creators I watch to take their time and fully embrace the game and then talk about it, instead of speedrunning it and not really seeing it the way many regular players would.

You'd be surprised. The reason for this video is to have every possible way of rep farming in one place where you can click it and watch it for less than 5 minutes. On top of that you got chapters if you just want to see tips for a rep you care about atm.
