she is speaking telegu or malayam because tamil and malayam have similar words, i could understand it actually everyone is doing fake videos like this its not possible to download microsoft store actually so she doesnt know that you cannot download anything without the app store anyways if you want to know whats she is saying she is saying" you can go to microsoft store website and then click on the app and download them but in reality, she didnt even try to download because she knows that she cannot download it since it requires a actual microsoft store app to download it in other words, this video is just a way to fool people to watch her video for money and not even helpful to people to get app store, you have to upgrade to windows 10 or windows 11 for free using microsoft own website windows 7 doesnt even have app installer which can be found in windows 10 and above
