Hair is not facial aesthetics so let's not go there. Models have prominent masculine features, with great facial harmony, and that's it. If you don't have great facial harmony at low body fat, then your only option is to get surgery and fillers and even then there's a limit to what you can do.

growing jaw muscle does not necessarily make you look better. It can also make look uglier. Depends of face shape. I think myself i became uglier and then when i stopped and the muscles shrinked back i look better.. But i have puffy faces and bit fatty so who knows maybe the bigger jaw muscle would look good if i first lose the puffyness and fat who knows. But yeah the big jaw muscles dont work for all faces. You can became uglier with that like i did from front perspective. Side looked better maybe but front i look already big face without it
