Basically, do a speedrun through Chaser and Ethiron. In Chaser, only loot valuable items like legendary gear the same for Ethiron. When you reach Ethiron, loot all the chests for medallions. Repeat until you have around 250 medallions, then exchange them for 250 knowledge from Klaris. Keep doing this until you reach the 999 knowledge cap and fill your inventory. If you have extra medallions, get enchantment stones. Afterward, escape the depths, go to Minitrysa, and talk to the Soothsayer NPC. Trade 50 knowledge for 7.5k notes, and repeat this process to farm notes. Once you've converted all your knowledge to money, sell any leftover enchantment stones and items for even more notes.
