James 'DreamcastUK' from ‪@Itsmuchmore‬ shows you How to use DreamKey 3.0 to go online with the Sega Dreamcast.
What you need:
Dreamcast Console
Controller or Keyboard
DreamKey 3.0 Disc
Internet Connection (A way of connecting online)
This is a quick guide so hope you can find this useful, let us know how you get on and what videos you want to see.

I don't get it. Where does the number 111-1111 lead you? Is it an UK dial up host? Where did you Plug in the LAN? Thanks in advance :)

I tried this with a still working old school dial up ISP and it actually worked!

Nice one! Great to hear you’re still using dial up. Is it a 33k or a 56k modem you’re using

@@TheDreamcastJunkyard 33k PAL Modem. Could not get DreamPi to work for me. Haven't tried any games yet.

Cool! I found one of these disks (in box) for 3 euros. Now all i need to do is buy the rest of the setup hahaha

Imagine if Sega dreamcast came out in the 3rd quarter in 1996, had rumble built in, had a mic bundled with ever dreamcast to advertise voice chat, a second analog stick, tamagotchi game built in the vmu and came with Michael Jackson’s Ghosts on video CD to show backwards compatibility with the format, seriously this has me thinking how Sega’s lil machine could’ve been more successful

Yes you would need a DreamPi or a method to get your Dreamcast online (BBA , PC-DC etc)

Nice and fresh in 3.0, also think 1.5 doesn’t support any many features/hardware as 3.0

Yyyyyeeeesssss ..... the amount of games which are brought back online are in double figures now and increases all the time ^DCUK

The Dreamcast Junkyard do they only work with dream key 3.0? What happens with older versions?

Don’t see why not however, will be testing that in a couple of days, as I have a 33k / 56k to also test so the next video will be testing all browsers with all adapters

It won’t. DreamKey 3.0 doesn’t have support for the BBA. Only the US and Japanese browser releases at a certain point has the file info for BBA. (Planetweb v3.0 for the US in particular)
