Hello Thakkar! Well, firstly, I think we all are somehow different but I can tell you from my experience what has worked out the best. For me, if I only read or only watch videos (passive learning) I get easily distracted, and do not remember much after. However, if i ask questions even before i start watching the video or reading the textbook like or even during the lecture just like: What is tuberculosis? (for example) How does this impair the normal physiology How do we treat tuberculosis? What causes (microorganism) tuberculosis Etc Etc Then I watch a video and then I answer questions. (also, i do not write answers exactly how they appear in the videos or textbooks, I write them in my own words) (I talk more about this in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kHFuncn-3lw.html ) This helps me memorize very well. Unfortunately because in med school there is too much to study in too little time. If you find yourself not getting the time to do what I mentioned before, then I would suggest you, watch the video or read the textbook and take notes meanwhile. The key is incorporating as much as possible active learning instead of passive. hello Back! So what you can do is download the pages on PDF and then print them. (so yes). The flashcards I have no idea, I'm sorry Back. I've never tried to so idk.

If you are studying for the step 1 go with the higher yield sources. My advice for you would be, study with the first aid as a guide and use the Kaplan textbooks. If you need further information to really understand a topic use the osmosis videos (not the flashcards) and other resources like, for pathology use Pathoma. For physiology use physiology by Linda Constanza and so on. Here is a great video which can give you better information, specially since they aced the step 1. My advice is that if you can afford it, I highly encourage you to pay for it. It is simply more comfortable, you support the osmosis team which have done an amazing job and also are able to see your analytics over a long period of time. If you cannot afford it do not worry, the osmosis team is one of the best teams out there. I did this method for like 2 years until I was able to afford it. Now I pay for it but it has been perfectly fine. So do not worry about it. Hopefully this is a productive answer to you sir.

Unfortunately, I have not used amboss. I just learned about it thanks to you. However, from what I saw on the website, the free trial lasts only 5 days and I am not sure if you can do the same procedure as I showed in this video. Therefore, since you can get full access forever with osmosis for free, I have to go with osmosis being my personal favorite.

And so on weekly, every time with a new email and new password. Ps: I found a way to download all osmosis videos, that way you can download them and watched them as many times as you wish without creating more accounts. Would you be interested in such a video?

Hello Simon, yes, every time your free trial ends you will create another account with a new email address. If you want to use your real name or a fake name, that does not really matter. Yes, for each time you do this you get 7 days full premium for free. Next week you do the same trick I showed you (it takes 2 mins) and then you get other 7 days. Basically you repeat this weekly and you will have osmosis for lifetime for free. I hope this cleared your doubt 😊

It won’t be deactivated but you will not have osmosis prime in that account. The solution is two repeat this 2 minute process, and you’ll have again a full osmosis prime account. I hope you found this helpful 😁
