How to get out of a creative rut | An actor's perspective 

Hi Everyone!
Being creative 24/7 is difficult and not sustainable! It's natural to have creative ruts now and then, lack motivation and not want to do the work. That is so okay!
I thought I'd share with you some ways I slowly and eventually pull myself out of creative ruts, hopefully these will be helpful for you, and give you ideas and motivation to keep on keeping on.
In my experience, being in creative ruts changes like the weather and my mood. It ebbs and flows and is almost cyclical. But do not fret, you will always find a way forward and a way out.
