I just did the Heart-to-Heart to unlock the quest. It is in Fonsett Waters, not the village itself. It is on the island named Ansel Hatchery. Faster to get there from Cloudway -> Ori Cloudway: Fonsett (left path) waypoint. I am on Chapter 8.

Starts at 11:49. Be prepared to pause the video often to see the dialogue since the player scrolls past the dialogue text very fast. SPOILER Pyra and Nia suggest Poppi should get new clothes because her current clothes will look "awkward" and "not modest" once she has a bigger body. That makes no sense coming from Pyra considering what she wears, which is way less than what Poppi's clothes would look like even after being placed on a bigger Poppi. ...and then Lila, Poppi's sister, designs Poppi's new clothes and they end up being even skimpier and sexier than what Poppi's old clothes would have looked like on a bigger Poppi body anyways. What, is Lila secretly venting her frustration at having to wear that big frumpy maid uniform that she decides to design her sister a skin-tight playboy bunny outfit after a conversation where everyone decided to change Poppi's clothes because her old clothes would have made her look "awkward" and not "modest"? Maybe the storyline writers were never shown what Pyra and QTPie Poppi would actually be wearing when they wrote those scenes.

Way too fast. I understand that it saves on video space because we, the viewers, have a pause button, but it shouldn't be so fast that it's harder than an old-school video game to pause the dialogue on time. On the topic: I just read an article where they said they didn't have a character designer on the team so all the characters are made by guest artists (Wow, I didn't know that was a thing). Pyra's designer was a hentai artist. That really explains the disparity between the female characters' outfits and the storyline, I suppose. There's a marginally decent chance the storyline writers didn't expect several of the important storyline women to look like THAT throughout a large part of the game's development and story writing.

KirbyFrontier Just imagine if it was Mythra saying that Poppi needed a modest dress lol, she shows off even more than Pyra does. Too bad this was a side quest instead of a part of the main story though, means that she's technically not canon.

Yeah I thought they were going in that direction too until I saw Poppi QT and saw where that was headed. Also saw the flower based names for all the artificial blades. Poppi is Poppy, Lila is short for Lilac, Rosa is a rose, etc.
