The best thing about grim hustle is that this isnt like motivational videos where you can waste your time for hours. This is genuine practical advice. Thank you
As a Lithuanian born in America I can attest to the accuracy of this information. I was homeless, poor, sick, addicted to drugs and miserable. I am still miserable, but I became successful. The only thing missing from these videos is that what you think will fix you, won't.
Aye cool I’m an American who just did the 23 and me and I’m almost half Lithuanian. We always bought we were Polish. Glad to hear you’re no longer in a dark place.
@BC I struggle with the concept that I was born through no action of my own, into a life I absolutely hate, and if I am not "good enough" I get tormented and abused for eternity. If I am "good enough" I get to be happy for eternity. I would NEVER have accepted that bet. I would have chosen to never exist.
"The most beautiful people we know are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, and have found their way out of the depths. They have a understanding of life that fills them with compassion. Beautiful people don't just happen, they're created through hardship."
1. 0:14 Make friends who are hungry and smart as you. 2. 0:26 Choose people who have more power than you, if you'll help them they will help you 3. 0:40 Focus on your first small success and then leverage. 4. 0:58 If you make dicision use both: Brain and Soul. 5. 1:09 Listen to your soul when you find mission for your life and your business. 6. 1:24 Kill your ego and surround yourself with better people than you. 7. 1:38 Never forget "You are nothing, you have nothing, you know nothing". Thank me later 😅
That subtle thank you speaks volumes. His driver understands clearly how that relates to himself with his boss....yes i know this is acting, but it is good acting that imitates reality.
@hovh1502 well the keen apprentice who listens, learns and follows what a good wise boss instructs will go further than a Mr sooky i don't like being ordered what to do. Once you develop and reach that power status from knowledge and skills, you will soon become a boss, and keen learners look up to you. In the criminal world, power structure is even more rigid. You think a prospect in a bikie club works with a seargent of arms? 😂 they out there delivering the dirty work for the higher ups. You earn the respect and status to 'work with' and not 'work for' in time by proving yourself.
the chechen guy is real. and the russian guy is covered in tattoos like a russian mobster. wonder if he is like a rehabilitated ex gangster being all motivational now. either way. you dont wana F with either of them.
@Fury the problem is not being more loyal, it’s the countless times we have been loyal and the loyalty was not reciprocated or worse betrayed. Life is a hard teacher. I agree if you find the right person or people then it’s everything.
You can fall all you want. I don’t give these things out from the beginning. Just as I have to earn it they need to earn it. You go ahead and do you bud live in your fantasy just don’t complain.
if it's a commodity than it's not loyalty... it's exactly the opposite. commodities are things that have a price given by a market... so if you no longer afford to pay the price ... or to outbid a competitor... in that moment loyalty chooses you again and again.
@@moondive4ever Loyalty is defined by the condition of trust. Trust is a sensitive machine you see. So yes, Loyalty is always conditional to trust. That's not noise, that is a fact.
Use another one as well. Use great ideas to build yourself into a man of strength and character, a man of your word, skilful and with a purpose that serves the ones around you as well. If you enjoy ideas about masculinity and mastery, I invite you to explore the videos I share on the Mastery Order Channel. Challenge yourself with some concepts about manhood, explore your masculine potential to the maximum and become the kind of man you would admire. We can only better ourselves together, as men among men, so I invite you to use what I share and, of course, share your own opinions so that others can benefit from them as well. Looking forward to your points of view. All the best to you!
Thank you for your wisdom Grim Hustle! The way I see it, Zero is not only our starting point. It is our grounding point. Saves us from hubris and the fate of Icarus, as we progress. Every fucking day.
Yes, indeed, the tale of Icarus. Julius Caesar when coming back victorious from a military campaign, and parading through the streets of Rome, would have a slave whisper in his ear "you are mortal, you are mortal". He knew the dangers of hubris.
@@marcinmaciejewski9146 Apparently it was a common thing. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auriga_(slave) But the point is made, our friend understands as I think many people did in the past when death was ever present, that contemplating life's only certainty can bring benefit. You stay strong as well Marcin.
Can't stress enough how much destroying your ego and enjoying your own life path all the way mean. People were always hungry for easy money and power, especially now with social media "ego inflating" BS. Never ever was I jealous for so called "rich and successful people", people who are the real deal are usually humble and barely have any time/want to brag about their success. Be Honorable, Братаны и Сестры.
"Kill your ego" here means: put yourself out of the equation. And do not focus on the result, but on your performance (it's called the Wallenda effect, it's a long story). As an example, there are lots of equally technically good football players, but only a few of them are champions. Why? Because of some of the things our boss friend stated here! And because in so doing whatever they do, both in training and during the match, is not for narcissistic pleasure, nor they do it for the audience. But for themselves. For personal improvement. A champion sees even a world cup final as a training session, a chance to challenge your own limits and improve. That means growing a soul (that + brain = character). It always made me laugh thinking that Neil Armstrong went to the moon and he took just 5 pictures. If you browse Instagram, you find plenty of idiots that take 100 selfies and they just have been to the bathroom. ;) What you do to improve yourself creates value, what you do for just having some feedback doesn't. It just means that you are being a follower (yep, even if in so doing you gain "followers" - aka poor insecure souls that are more desperate than you for confirmation biases!).
Can you make a video explaining loyalty. In this world cowardice and selfishness is taking over. People are brainwashed to follow some con-artist, rather than being loyal to each other, or to a good leader, noble cause, or even to themselves.
@_scabs6928 agreed 100% Those who are not loyal to a noble cause with a good group of people are like the walking dead. Just like in the zombie movies it is very infectious and takes over rapidly.
I want to see a movie with them negotiating with other partners, or competitors. The give and take. The patience. The elaboration of what is really needed.
Whoa spilling pure gems to soak up. That accent tho is OG status , soon as he started talking I was all ears. Always learn and listen to your elders they say💯
when i started a crime family in gta rp i followed this rules and our family was one of the most successful and rich families on the server. Especially first 2 points are most important, and also to kill your ego. i always surrounded myself with guys who were better in something and i let them know financially and made them rich. i killed my ego as i paid myself the least of all. my personal reward was the glory and reverence of our family. so I tell you what, this guy speaks the truth.
it is so. does not take away from the truth of his words. God speaks through us, through the lowliest and the highest. it does not make us God. never follow a man, follow truth.
Watch your thoughts for they will become words... watch your words for they will become actions... watch your actions for they will become habits... watch your habits for they will become your character ... consider your character, for it will be your destiny.
Off lately I'm falling in love with the number 0. Starting from 0 will teach you a lot more in life ... Building from the scratch is exciting adventurous and knowledge imparting
Salutations Noble I study alot out the roots of civilization rus ,gannibal ,pushkin, ottoman ,great respect 🙏🏾I appreciate this from my heart it grabbed me ,I thank you
I don’t Leave comment that much! But these 2 minutes of video gave me more self improving advice than tons of self improvement books combined gave me so far.
I've been in contact with a coach Rodger Michael Karl for a while now mainly because I lack the depth knowledge and mental fortitude to deal with these recurring market conditions. I made over $220K during this dip, which made it clear there's more to the market than we average joes know. Having an investment adviser is currently the best course of action, especially for those who are close to retirement ...
The financial markets are full with opportunities, but I've learned a lot over the past few years to doubt that. The key is knowing where to focus. Well appreciated, Rodger Michael Karl.
I like the Redfellas. My Father was a Trotskyist, and my parents called me "The Blond Italian." My Italian ways notwithstanding, I deeply respect the Russian mentality. Russians, to my way of thinking, are a "Can Do" lot, and strangely enough, I've had trouble with Ukrainians too.
@@Hello-xh3rx That's interesting. I'd heard Russia was a land of blond haired blue eyed people. Notwithstanding that, however, I like what you said. Many thanks!
@@ghostlee1316 I'll explain. Russia, land of the Rus, a blond haired blue eyed people; that's what I'd heard, but I was trying to be polite, and I was genuinely grateful which is why I wrote "Many thanks!" As for me being a "blond Italian," I don't know what to tell you except my abusive parents used to call me that, and I hope I never have to deal with either one of them again.
Real and strongest masculinity never needs a front stage exposure show where everyone sees them. Masculine men just get the role done diligently. Andrew Tate is masculine but of the kind that requires sooo much attention in order for him to experience it. Wrong kind of attention is a major hazard.

The character of the man makes the difference. Don't start from nothing, you start from an education of the street, understanding people, from a long observation of characters. You learn respect for age from a young age, you learn to address to respect, you learn to look a man in the eye to "read" him, you learn to deduce from gestures like in poker, to anticipate exactly where the punch that is going to hit you is coming from. If you didn't grow up among the boys on the street, if you didn't have that school of life, if you didn't take punches in the mouth as a child to know how to defend yourself later... Otherwise, starting from zero is terribly complicated. If I came home beaten, my father would beat me too, until I understood the lesson! Respect is hard earned and easily lost! You can't make a man out of a cloth! I know you are a actor not mafia boss, but I have all RESPECT for you! Thank you!
Life has always been about serving other people... Even those who don't deserve it. We are all only here temporarily so each day is an simply opportunity for us to do better for not only ourselves but also for everyone else.
Oh wow I think this mans videos inspire me and his advice is is spot on. My intuition tells me to listen keep my mouth shut and implement said advice. Thank you boss.
