Hi Doc, i have always had a regular cycle of 25 days but two months back my period was delayed by 10 days with a negative pregnancy test. I started spotting after that for another 9days until i went to the dr. He gave me something to stop the bleeding. When my period was due again i spotted again for two days and it stopped and this month my period is not coming at all. And i want to get pregnant so bad, please tell me what could be my problem 😒

It depends on your age, fertility history, gynecology history and sometimes medical history. I can't tell you what exactly was the cause for your recent symptoms because you will need to be evaluated clinically in order to be adequately counseled. Happy New Year Dr! Why if your circle length is 35 or 38 days is it possible that you minus 14 days from it to get your day of ovulation?

Cycle length > 35 is generally considered irregular. However, to check your ovulation, you will benefit from ovulation kits sold at stores and checking symptoms of ovulation. Another method can also be to sum up (addition) your cycle lengths for the last 6 months and divide by 6, it gives you an idea of your average cycle length, then you can subtract 14.
