Thanks for your teaching doc, I was told that I have hormonal imbalance hyperprolactinemia. But after taking the prescribed cerbergoli more than 3 containers. I still have breast milk coming out of my nipples. Is there a better drugs to take?

Bromegon was what was prescribed for me. No the prolactin level did not immediately drop. It took years for my prolactin level to become normal.

Thanks Dr. For this message, but doctor for me I have a regular cycle of 27days, but I have tried to concieve for two years now but no pregnancy, I went to meet my doctor but he told me I have hormonal imbalance, and he gave me trmt but still am not pregnant and my period is still regular, and I have never skipped any month without periods since I started menstruating, what could be the problem? Help??

Thank you Dr. Amara for this information. I hv done hormone profile twice in a teaching hospital and in the two times I did this test, I was asked to come on day 3 and day 21 of my circle. I have vary circle, that is I don't see my period on a particular day every month. But, I noticed day 24 is more in number than other days which could be 23, 25,26,or 27 ( I have kept this record for about two years). Now the question is, will the result come out wrong if the test is not done 7 days before my next period?

Thank you Dr. Amara, I want to ask, does the day of cycle I do the hormonal profiling test matters to the result? I did mine on day 12 of my cycle, that is 15 days to my next period and it came out that my prolactin is high, even though my period works like a clock, never late and always on time, and I didn't have any of the symptoms

Hello Doc started following you last year and its been life changing. Please I don't know if this fits into irregular period. My period does not exceed 35 days but it can come on 28th, 29th or 34th day though I was diagnosed with PCOS last year after trying to get pregnant for 6months. So I guess my question is, can my period be called irregular?
