I usually keep quiet and enjoy reading other people's comments but My wife and I have a newborn and at week 6 she developed acne all over her face , behind her ears and at the nape of her neck. We watched this video and out of frustration were willing to try anything... and I'm very excited to say that this regimen absolutely works. I saw the mother in the video say 3 days for results and for our baby it took 4-6 days before the acne all but disappeared completely. I would say it is a fantastic remedy that costed about $40 when sourced from target and Amazon.

The main cause of cradle cap are those so-called gentle baby shampoos and conditioners. All they do is stripped away a baby’s protective coating, disturbed the pH balance which causes dryness (cradle cap). Cradle cap can spread to the face and the rest of the body. Which sometimes can be mistaken for baby acne. Although I see the larger bumps on your babies face I also noticed those little tiny fine too. I am a 65 year old African-American mother of six children. I am also the family grandma and babysitter. So it took me a baby or two to learn these important truths. 1. For a baby’s first year there is no good reason a parent to put a commercial product on their babies head or body. Water will do just fine. If you really need to seal moisture into your baby skin just use some plain old olive oil. Think about your body and how dry your skin is after a shower or a bath. Now take a bath or shower and wash your hair with one of those so-called gentle baby soap or shampoos and see if you get the same result. 2. Another cause for baby acne is heating your babies milk in a microwave. I have seen this over and over again. 3. Get rid of those baby combs and brushes. A babies hair is not strong enough to be combed, brushed or manipulate on a daily. CHALLENGE: I challenge any new mom’s to only wash your baby’s hair and body with water only and do not to comb or brush your babies hair for one year. Watch how healthy thick and long it will be. Think about the singer Beyoncé, every time you saw her with her baby in the first year, her hair was never comb or pulled up or braided in any style now look at her daughters hair now.

Once his acne went away how often were you using the regime still? My baby is 1 month old and has just recently gotten some really bad baby acne rash and it’s really bad on one side, his forehead, a little on his chin and under his chin with a few bumps on the back of his neck and chest. I hate it so bad and the lightening in my house can make it look not as bad or horribly bad. I just placed my order for both things you used after I bought cetaphil baby wash and aquaphor. Which I’m not a fan of because it’s super greasy looking in his skin but has helped with the redness.

Another thing that could work is diaper cream! It has zinc oxide in it which is really great at reducing redness and irritation (hence diaper cream)

Thanks for the video. I couldn't find the exact jar with cucumber and avocado extract. I ordered the jar with the light blue label with the oatmeal skin protection. The website didn't have your jar. I went to Target and Walgreens. They didn't carry this brand.

I felt the same way when my babies skin broke out. As someone that dealt w acne I knew oil cleansing worked the best to balance out my skins oil production and stop my breakouts so I figured "if it works for my skin it should work for my baby" I was right it healed the acne and balanced out his skin really well. Oil cleansing is inexpensive, all natural and gentle.

Yes my doc told us the acne was hormonal. They also told us our girls may bleed as newborns due to the hormones from mom 😬. Luckily the bleeding never happened but we all went through an acne phase. Breast milk worked great on the acne
