Also use some sort of vitamin A derivative, like retinol. It increases cell turnover rate and helps get rid of the top layer of dead skin, as well as helping regulate sebum production

If you are using a cleanser try leaving it on for 1 to a few minutes. Try Azelaic Acid, Adapelene-Differin, Benzoyl Peroxide, AHA, BHA.

Thats what i use but it hasnt really helped all that much. Ive bee using it for about 3-4 months now. Mine are located near my mouth/cheek area. They don't go away, they just eventually become pimples that i actually have to treat
