It's recommended 2-3 times per week, but I have heard of people doing it everyday in preparation for some sort of special event, so it depends on your determination :)

Kurt, it's kind of confusing as with the facial spa you use #1 then #2, with this you are only using #4 . The diagram that comes with the facial spa and the writing is so small I cannot make it out. I'd like to know which# to use for each thing. Thank you.

Microcurrents are exactly that - micro. They reach only into the skin, they are not something like ultrasonic that penetrates deeper. However if you're not comfortable using it near your thyroid then simply avoid the thyroid when using it on your neck.

You're welcome. I would apply the Duet after the treatment because it is more like a serum, then you could apply the Dermatic Effects like a moisturiser. Though both are fine on their own.

Nu Skin website’s frequently asked questions says yoh are not supposed to use the Nu Skin facial spa on the neck. But here I see you are using it. Is this really safe to use on the neck? I have the Nuskin facial spa and not the body spa.

I was told to start on the 2 setting for the first process and for the 2nd it's moved to 4. I was given the conductive gel, Dynamic effects, and line treatment with my spa. Is what i have been given along with the spa, all I need to get results? Am i missing a gel? Since the setting are 1 to 5, how do i know which setting to use? I've seen some use 1 and 2 and you say to use different. With what ive told you the gels and creams sent qirh my devise all I need? Are there other products needed? I also have the smaller attachment. It's a 3-piece attachment. Ty

You can order the body attachment from the site, but it depends which old one you have, because the really old ones won't fit the new attachments.

I have the facial spa since I am in the US. I just bought the BODY attachment for my Facial Spa and the Body Shaping Gel. My question is when using on my body ...do I use ONLY Setting 4 and then my treatment is completed or do I also use Setting 3 (for the 2nd session) as I would do for my face? I also would like to know about using the Line Corrector. When using my facial spa, would I apply the Line Corrector in addition to the conductive gel on my 2nd session (setting 3)? Last question... Is the Rejuvenating Face Mask applied AFTER both sessions on the face or can it be applied when doing the 2nd session? Thank you for the great videos!

Hi Roxanne, apologies for the delay. Yes you use it only on setting 4, no need to use it again on setting 3. Hypothetically yes you could apply the Line Corrector at the same time as the second treatment...but I haven't personally tried that before with the US Spa. And no it's best to apply the rejuvenating mask after the conductive gel treatment, not during.

It depends what market you're in, but you will need a cleanser/toner, the ageloc facial gels, line corrector if you like to focus on the eye area and fine lines, the body shaping gel if you're using it on the body, and a serum and moisturiser. Are these results only temporary? Or do they become permanent over time?

It depends on the individual, but I have met people with enduring results from doing one side of their body for 3 months consistently, then only sporadically from there. But it's kind of like going to the gym and getting in shape, once you're in shape it doesn't instantly fall apart if you skip a session or two, but if your lifestyle changes then the results will follow it.

The large head is for the facial treatment, the small head is for using with Line Corrector around facial lines/eyes/jowls, the wavy head is for use with Body Shaping Gel used on the body and the comb head is for use on your hair with the Nutriol serum👌 I cover these in my Galvanic Spa video on my page👍

Hello Fifieliu, thanks for that 😊 The quick answer is no and no. The longer answer is you need to use the ageloc facial gels with the Galvanic Spa for a number of reasons, first is they have specific charges so the Galvanic current will drive them deeper into the skin, unless a gel is specifically designed to be used with the Galvanic Spa, it won't have the same effect. The time for a face mask is either before (if it's a cleansing/drawing out mask) or after (nourishing/inputting mask), but not during the Galvanic treatment👌 keep in mind though, the Galvanic Spa opens up the skin so that after a treatment what ever you put on gets absorbed much deeper than usual, so be careful with the products you use after a Galvanic treatment, your skin may not enjoy having them so deep. Hope that helps👍

Hi Alicia, sounds like you're in the US and you bought the Facial Spa, which is slightly (a tiny bit) different to the Galvanic Spa used in this video. You can get the hair and body attachments from the NuSkin website. Do you have an account?

You've got a 50/50 chance of getting it right, just choose one way of putting them in, if that doesn't work...it's the opposite way.

Most microcurrent devices are not recommended for the neck/chest area due to the risk of interference with pacemakers and lack of studies on this area. However I have many clients who have been using it on their necks for years now, with great results. So it's your call.

If you're concerned about the lymph and thyroid area then the best advice is to avoid those areas. But keep in mind the microcurrent is designed to work within the skin, no deeper than the dermal layer.

Hi, read somewhere that galvanic spa shouldn’t be used when you have braces. Does this precaution apply to just the face? Can i use it on the neck and body? Or none at all until the braces are off?

It's likely you've heard that because NuSkin hasn't done clinical studies on anyone with braces. But the reality is people still use it with braces and are fine, you might get more of a metallic taste while doing the treatment though. And yes you can use it on the neck or body with the body attachment.

Microcurrents reach to the epidermis only, that's not deep enough to effect any internal organ. However if you're concerned, avoid using it over your thyroid area. No issue for dental implants too.

Mine only beep once at the beginning, is it working properly?

Yes, as long as you get a beep it is working. The single beep at the beginning means the current is adjusting to the level of Hydration in your skin at that moment. 1 beep = dehydrated. 2 beeps = normal. 3 beeps = well hydrated. The strength of the current will be adjusted accordingly.

Sure. The Body Spa is designed to reduce the fat and cellulite pockets under the skin, using that on the face will speed up the diminishing of our facial fat pockets which results in people injecting fillers to restore volume and structure later on. Also the Galvanic pulsating current at that strength has not been tested that close to the brain.

I just bought the facial spa from the us site. There's only 2 attachments included. None of them is the one that you're using in this video. I tried to see the attachments are retailed online. Its not even listed on the website 😕 quite disappointed

The US Facial Spa has different instructions to the international model I talk about in this video, however as long as you don't have a pacemaker, I don't see an issue with using it on your neck.

Hope there is a person with real turkey neck and use galvanic spa over period of time and from there i can see whether the galvanic spa working eliminating the turkey neck or not? This man has good skin and no double chin... i cannot see the effect of this device.
