I was healing awsome till one day after the shower my towel got caught on my septum now I have a bump inside my nose it hurts now I was so excited to switch my jewelry now I'm on the road healing longer road also I stopped cleaning it after a month so my recommendation to you guys keep cleaning it when if it looks and feels clean.

I think it's from trauma after a few weeks of it healing. I had the same thing happen to mine because i yanked it out while sleeping, it bled and after that the bump appeared.

@@quantum_fwog4291 Yes! I used Dr. Piercing aftercare for sensitive skin and the Urban ReLeaf piercing bump shrinking drops. Either one will work! Mine has completely disappeared. Good luck!☺️

@@vaniambore7986 just buy sterile saline spray (make sure it's wound wash) you can find in CVS etc... spray it on a qtip and rub arond and on it.... do this 3 times a day it'll go away immediately let me know how it works out

I was playing around with my nose ring and got a bump it healed with saline wash and tea tree oil even that it’s gone I continue the tea tree oil just to keep my piercing clean

Hey Renee! So this video is old. I should do an updated version. The tea tree oil worked to reduce it but what really did the job for me was a sea salt paste to the bump overnight ( place a bandaid over it to make sure it stays on) and to clean the area night and day with an antibacterial soap. I did this for about a month and the bump is completed gone!!!

@@SimpleFaithbyAnnie my bump keeps coming back :-( It's frustrating because it will go away when I use antiseptic wound wash. Then something will happen like touching it too much and it comes back. Drives me nuts. Is it easy to make sea salt paste? How much salt and water do you use and is it hot or cold? Sorry for all the questions? 😬🙈

I did this for a week and then just water and salt for like a month and now the bump is gone!! I also cleaned it with antibacterial soap 🧼 in the morning and night.

Wow this is bad! It’s supposed to be diluted tea tree oil only and 1/4 teaspoon Non - iodized sea salt in 1 cup warm water. Do not follow her advice and go to a piercer to figure out what type of bump you have.
