This guy inspired me to start working out about 2 months ago. I am a novice as far as working out goes but I've always been athletic. I'm definitely noticing results, slowly, but it's working! I feel and look better and I'm 40 next month. Thank you my man! Great videos! EDIT: Still going strong and really enjoying it now I've finally found my form. Whenever I try the boat position my legs start to shake and I feel severe pain in my leg muscles , please help me what should I do? I can't keep my legs straight in the air without them shaking
Just a note for everyone whenever they do this exercise: Exercise 1: Sit-ups *use muscles to situp slowly Exercise 2: Zombie Situp *nice and flat and tall Exercise 3: Flutter Kicks *lower back touching Exercise 4: Oblique Crunches *do on each side *you can slow it down a bit Exercise 5: V-Ups *heels almost touching the ground *keep lumber pressed/lower back touching Exercise 6: Tuckers/ Knee Winders *touch the Exercise 7: Kick to the Sky *reach for the sky and hover ***BREATHE*** Exercise 8: Crunches *support feet if needed/ can also hover *bring elbows to your knees Exercise 9: Windshield Wipers *obliques and lower abs Exercise 10: Rolling to Standing *just squat, don't fully come up Exercise 11: Climb Rope *reach it up with body not just w your neck Exercise 12: Plank Tik Tok *hip to hip *can lift up an arm if you want *don't droop

Doing this for the first time, and am surprised by how out of shape I am, and how you can really feel your body being pushed with all the different exercises you have chosen. Hi! Loving this workout! Can sombody explain to me how not to arch the back? He says to press the ‘lumber’ but i find this very difficult in some exercises. Will it become more easy when my abs evolve or? Thanks!

Well I think that those exercises are good even if you are not a beginner. I will make them for sure just adding maybe more time in each exercise but they are really good!! 😉
