I don’t know if it means anything coming from me but I am so damn proud of you! You are the best trainer and person I have had the privilege of meeting and to be able to call you my friend and trainer means a lot to me. You motivate me to want to be stronger and to break the barriers I put on myself. To be a better version of me. You are such a good trainer and person that I want you to be proud to say you train me. You inspire and motivate more than you realize. Keep being you and doing you because you MAKE a difference Kevin more than I think you even realize. I could never train with anyone other than you!
