*"You have prescribed me a solution without knowing my problems."* When I heard that at the beginning of the video, I knew -- I KNEW -- it had to be in response to an antiquated "Gold, Silver, Bronze" package. It's so antiquated and off-putting. That nonsense started with accountants telling organizers, "If you sell 3 Gold, 5 Silver, and 10 Bronze packages, we'll have enough." Well, what happens if everyone wants Gold? It's lazy and it leaves money on the table.
