This video is just what i needed, the products available are mesmerizing to one wanting to get started in FPV. Like you I didn't want to purchase a device that would limit my advancement into the hobby. This is a great place for me to start, I like the mind set of keeping it affordable & flight simulator suggestion. I'll be looking into this purchase & will need help with binding. Best one on the subject yet. Other yourubers have recommended cheaper product that looks like it would quickly become obsolete. Your selection can follow a dron pilot through his whole learning curve (exept for the drone obviously, you'll need many more I can only assume). Loved it!

Seriously high quality content! I hope you reconsider making more videos as I see you stopped releasing new content about a year ago. RU-vid is a bit of a numbers game even with quality content. You need to have a steady stream of videos being made for recommendations to start popping up and this video was at the top of a search for "how to get started with drones" which says a lot! No matter what, I hope you are doing well!

Thanks. I’m not a droner, yet. I was planning to get a small drone, then decided to wait to get the best possible goggle first, then get a matching drone and radio that connects well with it. I am now waiting to see what zerohd comes up with. It seems I would benefit with it’s latency and control characteristics.

Brand new to the hobby or wanna try...tinyhawk 3 RTF (ready to fly) decent controller gimbles with enough switches Todo everything explained here, aswel as use with a flight sim, & use with most other fpv drones, the goggles are decent enough with a removable screen for others to watch on while your flying (when you upgrade..(v.nice feature).which will most likely be the 1st thing you want to upgrade). Came out after this video so not sure if Op agrees..just my opinion😊..seems these RTF kits are getting alot better quickly! Thankyou for the video, plenty of useful information for us beginners!🙏

I am about to get into Drones, but for me I want to put an Air Tag on mine. That way if I crash I just need to get within 25 ft in order to be able to ping and point to it. Thanks for the Video

Awesome video man thank you for the information you did a great job at laying everything out. I really would like to get into FPV but the price seems a little bit steep for me right now. I’m saving up for the Mavic 3. I have flown DJI drones Since 2015. I’m really into cinematography and photography but the reason why I want to get into FPV is because I’ve seen some really awesome cinematic video shot with them. I’m definitely going to subscribe!

Hi Greg, do you know when I get Velocidrone, should I get the Micro Class Quads, or the Velocidrone Combat, or the Mega Class Quadss or The Champion Series with the Velocidrone Licence for the best to learn how to fly an fpv drone? I am a beginner drone flyer and has some experience with drones.

Surprised you didn't mention drone racing league simulator. First time playing it I had a really hard time wrapping my brain around the controls. They have a good tutorial you can play through.

Hi Greg, really nice and informative video, I have a quick question since I am watching it in 2022, For learning to flight, I wanted to go with EMax Tiny Hawk S, its costing me around 150 something, with some research I came to know about iFlight Protek R25, costing around 190, which can be used with upgrades like naked GoPro (I don't know how it performs with speed and crash test). I would like to have your thoughts on int, Thanks
