I played the first apocalypse rising as a kid. It was pretty fun. Now i'm older and dont know what to expect.

automatic vaulting can actually get you killed in some instances, especially with some structures (like tents) with weird mesh hit boxes. i would recommend turning automatic vaulting off

Amazing guide, you forgot to mention about sneaking behind zombies though, and how back stabbing them is a very useful and efficient method when trying to stay quiet sometimes. Other than that amazing over all 10/10. Also wondering where you got the map, I'd love to download the png.

Also another expansion tip: If you want to get some goodies find convoys or any convoys you fine. Study the routes and when and where to see them it's easy and you will get used it as time you get experience. Use a car if need unless in lower sever much better.

My favorite part of this game is lasering someone that’s blatantly driving in car and then getting called a hacker and aimbotter. That being said to any new players, vehicles make you an easy target. Most good players know where to shoot at a vehicle to get kills

I found it's better to try and be peaceful and don't shoot unless shot at, I've become parts of large groups and got good loot that way

a HUGE, and when i say huge i mean a huge tip, in your volume menu turn character sounds to 100%, and infected to around 20%~ this means that with enough practice you will easily tell who is a zombie and a player even if they use ADS Crouch walking.

In my opinion, the best event is the russian thingy event I don't know what its called but you can get AK's AK74's AKM'S and even a Spetnaz

i actually like to loot the smaller houses because they are in the middle of no were ya they dont have the greatest loot but at least you can get more descent gear and food before you head into the bigger areas and because they are in the middle of no were theres a lower chance to run into somone. just my preference tho also stamina boosters can be a life saver if you have no food they have saved me multiple times before.

This helped me realize I've been kind of wasting time which wastes energy while looting - like I'd spend 5 minutes worth of energy to look for something that will give me 5 minutes worth of energy. Completely treading water. One needs to think about forward momentum and progression in this game, not just simply existing.

Tips and trick also is that. Tactical weapons: are better to get and must better to fight against people who don't have better firepower. Also good to refillable and variety of attachment. Good for CQB and also good for laying ambush. Cons: If you lose all of them you will need to start getting them again takes a lot of hours to grind them and maybe unless you really want to get them. Worst scenario is falling it go the enemy hands. Also stupid hackers. Soviet Weaponry: are the cheap to get and also good to fill in ammos only those who don't want to grind hard are answer for your problems good for something if you don't have good weapons. Also for hit and run and gurrelia warfare. Cons: lack of range only have few attachment to put also ammunition in the long run also poor suited for long range or against tactical weapons in fire fights. Unless you are Russian wanting them.

To save some extra ammo, you could unload the ammo from a clip/mag

3rd person is very much what im used to due to me playing legend rank codm cause u know u get bigger advantage of view angle and other stuff

another tip for fast and easy killing zombies, which works for literally when there is a group on you or a boss, all you do is meele them, then jump around, like jump behind the zombie(s) and after eery hit ust rotate around the zombie until they die

as a apoc veteran, I actaully learned stuff such as blending in with zombies footsteps.

A tip of not to put yourself in situation: Don't take it or shoot a glass of car they will kill you and you gonna complain if you do it's your fault why you got killed. Driving like stupid: so this one could be hilarious but when you driving like stupid you can put the team in danger worst being ambush by Player around you. Demanding on players going to ask them to pick up your weapons: also this part of when someone died and your team want you to get his loot your best part to leave it it's not worth your time you are not trying to save them you are trying to survive not be nice on them it's cruel but you had no choice. Engaging too early: this is one of most noob and inexperienced players had is that when shoot someone in out of range congratulations you alerted the whole team. Best way to solved this is that tell them that wait for sometimes signal don't shoot like call of duty this is ap rising not cod or other game you play.

i actually discovered a strat that i made for myself when fighting boss zombies i was still a newbie and i am still to this day, i was just looting and i a saw a abnormaly fast zombie coming to me at first i ran but it catched up so i pocket knife it it was hard but i learned that if i hold shift (Sprint) and kinda run in circles or like when the zombie is about to go near you i go to the side then knife em and repeat it, and it worked well idk if it will work for u guys
