I would do the same, but i can't decide what oven to build/buy ... wouldn't brick pizza oven crack if you transport ti and how do you solve this problem?
What’s the deal with mikes hot honey? I’ve heard about it a lot but I’m in SoCal and I think I’ve only been to one pizza shop has used it. 🤷♂️ didn’t get it though because I wasn’t sure what it was.
