This was really helpful, thank you. I wish the Automation flow didn't use the word 'component' so much though, as it's easy to think of it as a Jira ticket component, but they're totally different.

Would like to see how to create html formatted emails. - The conditions and actions are hard to identify from the audit log. Thanks for this great functionality.

In JIRA, for a certain issue type, I have single-select list with values a, b, c, d. I have custom text fields of a1,a2, a3, b1, b2, b3,............, d3. when I choose value "a" from the single select list it should show the custom text fields a1,a2, a3. when I choose value "b" from the single select list it should show the custom text fields b1,b2, b3. In the same way for each values of the single select list, its specific text field should be populated. How do I achieve this in JIRA? I could not find any custom fields that could provide this solution.

I've included this string that I see on the video + on the post, but it provides an error everytime: Could not convert the field value to a number. Please ensure the value is a number, math expression or smart-value that can be converted into a number. Story Points: {issue.subtasks.Story Points.sum}} any ideas of what is the issue_
