Thank you so much for having me Lukas! Was amazing talking with you 😊 I hope your audience likes this video! ❤ PS: When i say 'Luck' in this interview, i mean that you have to be lucky enough that out of the millions of tracks a big dj might hear, he happens to stumble upon your track, and the only way you can make that luck count is by creating something unique.
I really like Aneesh's attitude and point of view on making music. Very down to earth, I hope he keeps this attitude throughout his bright career. I feel like I struggle making music because when ever I make a melody I feel like its not good enough to be published or I listen to other producers songs and feel like mine is too basic compared to theirs. Its become so bad to the point were I'v been making Future house music since I was 16 I'm 21 now and have yet to Finish a complete song. Mostly because I just abandon my Ideas because I feel like there not good enough. I want to change this habit so bad, I don't want to be 30 and still not even have a song out. I start with a good Rhythm but get lost as to how the build and drop will fit in or drum patterns or vocal sampling. Its so frustrating!
Qwazarr haha thank you so much :) and yes I don't think I'll be change those things anytime soon, since that's who I am :) and don't worry just keep practising it takes time but remember try to be very observant of what other producers are doing in their music and slowly find your own ways to do the same and forget about what others will think about your music, just make sure you're happy with it. Finishing the project is always hard in the ending because you've heard it so many times but u just gotta slog it out, like almost everything in life. ;)
Thanks for the advice! Your like a music Guru if that makes sense lol those words of wisdom will only bring you great things in life my friend. I was actually In FL right now trying to take a different approach on this whole thing. Programming my own sounds into serum, Spicing it up and thinking of how can I take the best of every artists I love but make It into my own style! Then I saw your reply! This is just what I needed. I will challenge myself to make a song, even If I know its not the best and then I'll work harder every song I make after, Always evolving into something greater. Thanks Aneesh. Maybe I'll have the honor of collaborating on a track with you someday (: Oh! And thanks Lukas for this Awesome Upload! 💯👍
Haha yes i think i was aiming to make producers have a less complicated mind-set when it comes to making music and get you inspired to continue making more music :)

I remember when aneesh posted on FB in like 2011 or 12 that he was done making music and was going to sell all of his equipment. Myself and a few others made sure to send some positive words of encouragement, fast forward 6 or 7 years and he has the number the number 15 song at one of the biggest festivals in world......... life man
This is SUCH a great interview. I really loved what Aneesh had to say. Especially about the mix down... Creating backgrounds... And taking little elements from artists that inspire you and combining them to enrich your sound. Well done!
So i was thinking about my inspiration and i was like deadmau5, yeah he inspired me. The that guy was like deadmau5, he inspired me. And i was like WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
HAROON official NO, the idea is not to get so worried about melodies that you can't let it flow out of you, so building the chords and background first helps you get a feel of the song and then you can let an amazing melody flow out of you simply because you're not too conscious of what melody you're creating since you already have a background that it can go along with. it's a bit complex I agree, but it has worked for me very often. Also that doesn't mean you can't have unique melody ideas first, I just when you're stuck and can't think of anything is when you can use that method :)
I remember like just a couple months ago I was really into amv ( anime music videos ) and I created my RU-vid channel and loaded my first video and the guy that have like the #1 amv channel on RU-vid ( avm Slayer or Slayer amv ) send a message and something like good job and keep up the good work. I give up on my amv channel like after my second up load I'm such a loser lol
My dream is to be like favourite DJs Alan Walker and Martin Garrix sooner and later you guys might hear about me so wish my dream will come true😏Whats your musical dream remember for it to come true you must live it. ➕✖
how i got to producing i heard the Song from Skrillex bangarang , and i thought first it was 2 babies singing LOL 4 years ago 😂😂😂 or 5 idk Even and probably zedd inspired me aswell cause i heard spectrum it is a great Song still a legendary producer...
Bullshit. I mean, I'm happy for him to be supported by MG, but the most common way to achieve that isn't 'to be lucky', it's because of Spotify playlisting. You have a cool playlist with a huge ammount of followers? Congrats, you can be supported by whoever you want by trading streams. That's the truth.
