These big hemi cam shops and tuners would like you to believe you can just toss one of their cams in and it'll chop. But that is not even remotely close to true. I have a lot of people that I have tuned their cars after getting big name cams and they hate that their cars don't chop like these websites tell them they will. So if you decide to buy a cam that isn't one of mine and you cant get it to chop, here is a video that will help you get that same chop they advertise. "chop" is a missfire that happens when both valves are open at the exact same time, if the cam doesn't have valve overlap it will not chop on their own.
