Hi Digit, thanks for the video. I have a simple question for you. With the same force, for example 5 Nm on DD Pro and 5 Nm on DD +, do you notice the difference in details? Is the DD + more fun? When I switched from the TGT-II to the DD Pro I was very disappointed, because the TGT-II offered much more details, and it was more fun 🤷🏼
Hi, I purchased Monte Carlo wheel with rally module and I’m so disappointed. Big issues with software, WRC Codemasters doesn’t work with the button module ( game doesn’t start at all) Sparco wheel came with smashed box with a lot of holes in it. In the box I found wheel it self and instead Sparco caps, i received cheap plastic horn button which doesn’t look like original piece of sparco wheel! 700€ spent for such a huge disappointment. Just to aware you guys!
Hello, I'm GT7 driver but I would try ACC but the sensation are not the same with the GT7 settings. Do you use the same settings on ACC? If not, do you shared it on your web site because I don't find it. Thanks
I like the settings but its to springy. This wheel is supser fast and i dont want the ffb to actually push it back like not judt weight but the ffb is pushing towsrds center instesd of just feeling tight or heavy. I thjnk leaving ndp so low just doesnt work well with this wheei also do feel s different in every game with dmp and spr. Maybe not gt7 but every other game ive felt the wheel go much lighter without them on.
this man is doing the Lord's work lol.. I think I may need to adjust my braking sensitivity on gt7...I learnt alot in the group session last month in terms of inputs but what you said about being able to achieve different levels of braking without having to look.... I would say I am able to do that 5 out of 10 times
@@wojciech973 yes, I run all my bases at 120, then fine-tune either in game, or on the FFB strength menu, because I can I can get lower increments of adjustment from there
I tried your DD Pro settings again thinking Fanatec might have changed something in the latest update, but the damper, friction, inertia and interpolation makes the wheel very unnatural and it's harder for me to feel the car. I don't know why people use those settings. 😕
I don't have the Shock setting on my GT7 DD+ aka extreme wheel and base, is there a reason why I'm missing some of the menu? I have advanced menu enabled and updated the firmware of the base and wheel today 😊
My dude!! Thank you for all content! From Fanatec setup to your Gran Turismo lap guides, I've found your information the most reliable and consistent in what it delivers ❤❤❤
I really don't understand the use of low damper setting. When low and If I let go the steering wheel in a straight line, it shakes/turns like crazy, but with a higher damper setting it doesn't which seems better or good to me because I don't think that the steering wheel of an actual real car shakes/turns like crazy when you let it go in a straight line.
I have a GT DD 8 NM base and an older rally wheel. I use 6 Max torque and 1 Sensitivity. I tried the 10 for a couple of weeks, I like the 1 because the wheel weight remains the same from wheel lock to wheel lock. But it does vary for users and models of Fanatec wheels.
Hello Digit! thanks for the video as usual. Quick one; do you know if the rotatory wheel button that by default adjusts the fuel map can be changed or eliminated? i just received my formula 2.5 and it is easy to change the fuel map inadvertently:(
Can u tell me or maybe show a video how to work with Brake bias settings? I see u u tweek the brake bias settings Alot during during longer sessions. Please explain when or how to tweek.
@@DigitRacingDG I am revisiting your settings again, FFB still 80. The oscillations are killing me! I increased NDP to 10 virtually no effect, the only other difference is sen is 540, help! The wheel even jiggles very slightly in the menus.
Hi Digit! Thank you for bringing this kind of content. In your opinion, this settings that you share of your DD+, could be applied to a GT DD Pro? If so, what considerations should we have?
I just ordered v3 pedals. I’m hoping the haptics work with gt7, does your gas pedal ever vibrate on gt7? Seems like tc signal could easily signal wheel spin on gas pedal
I’ve got a set of V3’s, the brake motor vibrates when the pressure reaches the limit you set it at through the wheel, eg 50% brake force applied it will vibrate when you reach that pressure. The throttle pedal doesn’t vibrate unfortunately
@@tactownturbotime982it’s really not an issue if you get your throttle pedal resistance / feeling right. Try using the stiffer black throttle spring that comes with the V3’s or buy the brake damper kit and put it on your throttle pedal instead and adjust until you get the right feeling for you.
@tactownturbotime982 definitely put black spring on throttle. F1 23 (but I never play that) supports the throttle haptics, GT doesn’t. I am hoping to that when full force comes out that they will properly support the V3 pedals.
