Another good bonus to add is when TemTem spawn on overworld, stand still and let multiple spawn, you can sometimes see a Luma spawn on the overworld, unfortunately if you run into another spawn on overworld you lose that Luma (From what I've seen you get a maximum of 6? Overworld TemTem avatars at a time) Hopefully this helps others, I used method to get a Luma Shuine while in the 270s on my radar, saw the Luma avatar spawn and waited patiently to run to it without hitting the other spawns.

Sorry for the silly question, if you dont have the mount (cause you are silly Dx) and you get a diffrent encounter to your radar, can you run away to not loose your radar?

However, if you run into a Tem from your radar that isn’t from the overworld spawn you can break it by capturing or defeating them. Even if it is part of your desired line, so be careful not having a mount during your hunt.

One question I have is if I start a radar and half way through and I end up having to log of Temtem, when I log back on, will the radar still be active or would that break the radar? Thanks for the good information, learned a lot about radars from this.

Yes you can log out. So long as you don't fight or catch a tem that isn't for the radar you'll do fine!

No, the only way to break the chain is to knock out or capture any non radar Tem.

Well at max odds you have a whopping 0.0013% (10/7500) chance per encounter so.. That’s just how rng goes sometimes it’s exhilarating other times it’s very cruel.

1. Read the full title it says luma in it. 2. Most people know what shiny means, while less would know what luma means, thus it makes more sense to use the word shiny, so that it reaches more people.
