To get ?????, you need to complete the other badge “the card”, then find a building with a keypad, type in the code 32846829 ( the code is not randomized) then enter it, then go inside the building, then go to the second floor, then go to a room with a computer and a book, open the important book, turn page, and you’ll enter a cutscene when the prototype will get you, then you’ll get the badge. 🎉
