Oh, and a couple more things: 1) This is not time-limited - you have forever to complete these bounties 2) I'm aware some of you have been experiencing issues with not being given your weapons. First of all, check your player stash. If they're not in there then file a support ticket here:support.techland.pl/support/home 3) When in co-op, everyone has their own time trial - you can't get friends to hit the checkpoints for you. You can, however, get your friends to stand in certain places so that you can vault off of them. Good luck!

To skip the walk of shame back. Mark your mission as Stuffed turtle. You will spawn at the bottom of the tower when you quit to the main menu and press continue
Cutting off three heads in one swing is easy when you are doing the quest for the weapon guy in old town. His first weapon trial will give you a weapon that chops off whatever you are aiming at. Just do it during the quest, but make sure you FAIL the quest, because you will have to go through it multiple times to get up to thirty. Took me about ten tries, maybe a little less.
There was this guy that dropped in my game and just dropped me the kuai dagger... not all heroes wear capes (also I was at a new game lvl 3-4) dude whoever you are I cannot thank you enough
When I used to play before I sold my ps4 to buy a better one this guy dropped lots of med kits bolter tissue and weapons modified orange weapons (edit: but since I bought a better ps4 now I gotta restart dying light such a fun game speaking by experience since I passed it before but I hate how I don't got my good weapons and I dont get if it's my wifi or if no one is playing dying light online ever I'm trying to join a lobby so I can get a gun since that makes it way easier anyone trying to help me?)
You can redo the bounty when you need another. (If you want a lot of Kaui Daggers, use a Kaui dagger while doing the rise of the Phoenix race and if you are good at parkouring you'll get one easily every time)
T3NGUN5 Set your active quarantine zone mission to Stuffed Turtle. That way when you fail, you can quit and then continue and you will be right next to the start tower.
A little tip fore those who dont know. The pistol, after you put in the first bullet in a empty mag, start aim the pistol after you put in the first bullet and you will have the perk bullet over and over and over
Quick Tip For the Dagger (after obtaining it) Use slide jump (slide then jump instantly) to build and keep momentum. Really helpful in Parkour Fever, redoing the Kuai Quest or just parkour
Better way. 1. Have a friend at the top of the final tower. 2. Do the course as is. 3. When you get to they end have your friend set a way point to fast travel. 4. Open the box up top. 5. Collect the dagger. 6. You defied the laws of the game. Now go be the flash
If you are out of repairs for the kuai dagger go to a runner below the train tracks near the cargo building in the slums, you have to protect said person until the mission is finished, do not take any rewards, but go to another slot where that person can refurbish ANY weapon refurbish ur stuff
Quick tips: A kick will interrupt the revolver's reload without spending a shot, using a two handed axe on a car hood with the spin attack worked best for lopping off heads for me, I can confirm there's a glitch where you won't receive the reward. Keep trying and good luck to everyone
a zombie that will try to look for things to throw at you but will run when u get close, u can sneak up on it and kill it before it starts to runaway again. like a bolter but will actually try to kill u
pro tip for the kuai dagger, if you switch the mode into nightmare and select stuffed turtle quarantine zone, you will spawn very close to the tower to reset for your runs and the nightmare difficulty also allows for the use of speedboosters during the trial.
Alright guys, an easy spot for the Ace In The Hole, is the power station. You have to wait till night to turn on the power. But meanwhile, if you shoot they will gather up in bunches which makes it quite easy. But it’s preferred you use a shotgun. :)
My tip is that you should always keep the Kaui dagger in your immediate inventory to use it as a tool, rather than a weapon so you don't have to go through the pain of Rise Of The Phoenix.
I don’t do the walk of shame lol. All I do is set the stuffed turtle quarantine zone as my objective then I leave the game so I spawn at the stuffed turtle which is quite close to the antenna tower so it’s more simple and easier to get back up
for the kui dagger it is possible to sneak in a speed boost potion or a night bunter potion at the begining if you are on nightmare mode you drink the potion right infront of the first chekpoint that starts it and you quickly run onto the zipline..... also for the last wish you can stand in one of those towers on the bridge in the slums and they come towards you in a straight line and just use the shotgun at head level.....

To get the fenris axe do Tobias’ challenge at the fisherman’s village. When you do it aim a bit higher than the shoulders and never complete the challenge but just wait until the time is up when you have most zombies killed. It is best to complete the first challenge And wait for the bridge
Kiwi, remind to people about blue shield (is a guard and follow quest, at end guy will give you loot for choice or you can repair any weaapon) please, people even don't know that quest appears only when you are alone.
there is a exploit with the dagger bounty. u just have to play koop and a friend must stand at the last point. you play the trial normal until the last point, then the friends places a marker and starts a challenge about who arrives first. the marker can be placed anywhere, it doesnt matter. its important the the other player who starts the challenge is at the last point (on the tower), otherwise it will not work and this must be done in koop. you accept the challenge and get automatically teleported up to ur friend, then just walk a few steps in the last point and the challnge is done.
tip : when your doing the kuai dagger, and when you get to the hotel, its faster to not climb up, and just jump up to it. im talking about the balcony's, you can jump from each one. Edit : i completed the dagger bounty THREE TIMES and still no dagger.
There’s a little glitch (i don’t know if it already is known about) that I like to use that lunches you really high I call it God jump for some reason if you jump over a zombie while sprinting and then a fence or some thing a couple of times launch really high and even take fall damage
I'm sad there are no unique level-action rifle rewards. Would have been sweet given how good the gunplay is in this game. That dagger challenge surely can't hold a candle to Bozak lol.
HEY KIWI I JUST WANTED TO POINT OUT THERE IS A SPOT WHERE YOU CAN GRAPPLE IN THE STARTING TOWER FROM THE SPOT WHERE THERE IS A ROCK LEDGE TO GET INTO THE UPPER PART. MY EXPLANATION SUCKS
Easiest was to get the fernis and gun is on bridge get an axe and sit on hood of car with whirlwind makes it simpler for gun go to bridge and go to the red fence on the right go to the platform and throw fireworks let them group up and boom donezo
I haven't tried the rise of the phoenix challenge yet but seeing you do it just gave me the layout of it lol, to be honest getting the fenris axe seems harder than getting the dagger but we'll see..
I actually got the dagger first then the other weapons, I have proof of me doing the bounty on my channel. It was very challenging especially using the controller, it took me a good 5 or 6 times to actually complete it and I only finished with the skin of my teeth! It was very satisfying doing the bounty though, very fun and challenging!
You don't need to run your ass all the way back when you fail the Rise of the pheonix challange you can just set your active mission to the Stuffed turtle quarantine zone... When you fail you just save and quit and then go back to the game and you start near the starting point of the challange...
Omg how am I so stupid when I was doing the fenris axe challenge I didn’t go up to crowds and madly swing around no no no no...I would walk up to like 3-4 zombies and get them all to chase me and try to take all their heads off.
I you fail next to the end of the trial if you select the quest for the bright mountain tunnel quarentine zone if you quit the game and then go into it again you will go to the quraentine zone next to the tower so you dont have to do the walk of shame
I didn't have to use firecrackers. I just went behind the spikes by your spawn point and since they couldn't cross it, I got better headshots than using firecrackers.
Just a tip for any high level players trying to get a wrench for ol' trusty, go to the tunnels leading to the antenna and the zombies there have a ton of wrenches. (Just for those who like collecting every weapon like me)
