i spent over 3 months trying to get when day breaks melee boss was SO HARD i would always die between 500-1000 hp whenever i beat it i just quit nights edge event its been over 1 year when i last played nights edge i forgot about everything every step every code but it still stays in my mind as a succesfull memory thank you xonae! for this joyful and great event that you created

You can still get night edge for those who wondering and if you did all the steps and the hallway is still black that means you need both badges

If you do this again with equipping night edge, the part 2 boss active which have 10k hp and the reward change to when day breaks melee

for the people who want set ur FOV to 110 so u can get more headshots and deal more damage

Tip for maze: Just stick to either left or right and u will complete the maze.

Tip for the fight: well more of a note, but right as I hit phase 2 (half health), he teleported far away and just started shooting me a whole bunch, i shot him but he did not stop and I died

13:27, I got to that exact hall but it was blacked out, meaning I couldn't enter. Earlier I found another padlock that had timer and needed a code. I figured that the numbers on the hall and the padlock were connected. I tried finding it again but couldn't and then that clear white entity came out of the wall and killed me. I gave up after that, especially since I spent 20 minutes on the maze and didn't want to go through it again.

useful hint to those who didn't get it yet: you can actually backstab the boss and it deals a lot of damage

THE DAMN EVENT MAKE MY HEARTH BLEW OUT

I remember this map from last year probably like early 2022 i did the event a lot of times and i took a break from the game for a year prob and i came back to see this that the knife hasnt been released for a long time

I'm still in the process of beating it, but I know that the boss only has 4 attacks (cause yeah, I died more than 8 times by now) - *Slow approach* - he will slowly aproach you by teleporting behind you every time. If you don't shoot it before it is close to you, it will deal damage. It will be more difficult to track his position when when you get his health below 50% - *Charge attack* - he will teleport behind far away from you and will rappidly approach you. If you get close to him, it will damage you, so if you see him charging, go backwards until he stops (best attack to deal damage) - *Random "omaiamu no shindeiru" move* - it will teleport behind you and do a slash and shoot the gun. If you dodged the slash but didn't hit shoot, he will still hit you with the gun, and you can't avoid that. Shooting him will make him teleport away. - *Rappid fire* - when he spawns rocks around the area, he will star shooting towards your character. Hide behind a rock that will block his attack. What I found is if you are not facing his location after he teleports, you know exactly where he will be so you can take that opportunity to hide somewhere where he won't hit you when he begins shooting. You can also be cheeky and shave some shots when you peek the corner of the rock, but it's 50/50 if he will hit you or not. One last tip: Aim for the head, IF you can. He will take more damage by doing that. Anyways, I wish you all good luck getting it (P.S.: It was confirmed by the dev that it has unlimited copies, so no need to worry you losing the chance to get it)

heres a tip for when shadow delinquent appears behind you: you dont have to come to a full stop when you hit a corner. just turn the corner SLOWLY and make sure you hold D or A while doing it.

Your lying, thats not how you get it, you have to beat skeletron first, then go to the underworld, and jungle, and get lights bane from the corruption, for the jungle, you have to obtain the blade of grass, for the underworld, you must get volcano from hellstone, its a tedious process though, then for skeletron, you gotta explore the dungeon and get a muramasa, its that easy, dont clickbait.. Smh! then craft it at a altar or something.

Why doesn’t the current mission show the blood bar anymore? It makes it much harder to kill when you don’t know when it’s going to die

idk how but whenever the boss tp behind conor, he doesnt get hurt but when the boss does that to me, he drains my health . kinda annoying so i might just pass on this event

Guys if the music is playing dont try going backwards cuz if you do, the monster will be stopping you from behind, and if you go left or right and backwards, you will see the monster and he will jumpscare you.

funny history It took me 2 hours because I got lost in the labyrinth 3 times even though I was watching the video the whole time, I died 2 times because of a guy who played a song, and when I got to the installation I found out that I didn't have one of the badges you mentioned at the beginning of the video, so I couldn't move to the other side, because I'm Brazilian and I don't understand English well, I decided to ignore it and that was one of the mistakes I made unfortunately.

gotta love when u get only 3 of the codes from the maze and have to go back and find the rest of 100 numbers

how to get night's edge easier: just craft it using 4 different swords (muramasa, volcano, blade of grass, and light's bane/blood butcherer) in demon altar / crimson altar and bam you have yourself a night's edge

beat the boss first try at 80 hp but had to do the maze twice bcuz i accidentally turned around in the white code room lmao

Be careful when turning around, the ghost delinquent spawn just before the music starts playing so it can be silent

Pro Tip : Go for headshots they do more damages to the boss. It took me 5 attempts.

Hey, even if you die so much to the boss. Atleast you can memorize the maze path to make your life easier and make runs faster, since you might rewind the video over and over.

the way you turn is honestly confusing cause you just look at random directions but then when i think your going said way you just go to the correct way and im probably like 4 turns in the wrong path
