Yes, right now there are some in weekly towers and proving grounds and there has been one that was in live events but aside from that, packs are the way to go

You can get it by doing the new locker code

​@K1TheCollector ahh ight. Cause I was told earlier that he wasn't out, so I wasn't sure. I think people are better off going back to 2K18 or 19 to use the shield theme cause it's unnecessarily too hard to get this card.
