You made my day! I rerolled the map countless times to get the Butchers Quarter, let them fire up the guy and then... nothing. Killed all pigs around, no ring. So I came back as you mentioned and there was the piglet with the ring. 🙃

When you did this what what your starting location on losomn?

Can this location drop in the first overworld of Losom or the 2nd?

I know this video is a while ago but does it matter whether you start in the palace courtyard or the city losomn itself?

What is the starting point like you dont show your entire map this is useless unless you know all different parts off by heart
