How to get the Tron Bike as FAST as possible 

So now I just realised I've been wasting all my time going up hills because I didn't realise I had to select the challenge first.

I joined Zwift on 1/2/23, and just got my Tron bike today. This month alone I did The Alp 19x and VonTop 5x as well as other miscellaneous rides over the past 56 days. Yeah it’s a lot of work, just need to stay on top of it.

I finally selected that challenge last week so I could start working towards that tron bike. I think I've been on Zwift for about 5-6 years so I guess it's about time. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Dec 22 2023 I started not knowing any of this except seeing a top pro triathlete always ride a Tron bike which didnt understand why . Didnt know about the courses nothing. Im sharing this because at age 66 and a triathlete . My swimming has been the weakest of my 3. Well cycling now on Zwift , the cycling is my strongest behind running . Started as a runner in 1984 . Got 3 days max to go which means 48 days to get the Tron .

Don't forget if France is not available you can create a meetup and still ride the course.

I'm currently at 13087m, just over 25% there. Luckily I set this challenge from day one :)

Hi Eric, there is a bowl technique (mentioned in zwift insider, but he used the wrong bowl) that I can get <0.5 kJ/m using. It is the reverse epic KoM, the switch back on the bend near the top. For reference that is 44 minutes, 662m at 121W

Yeah all good stuff. Only bad thing is VonTop is just as brining as hell. AdZ has all the sectors and time just goes by quicker. I got my Tron in 50 days, doing AdZ 22x and VT 5x plus other miscellaneous rides in Zwift. Wasn’t easy slogging up hills for almost 2 months but the reward is well worth it.

4 years in and 5000 more feet to go. I could do it in one ride, but just will do my normal rides. Interesting video thanks.

Should of watched this a couple months ago when I vEverested without having selected the Eversting Challenge first. After crawling off my bike and within an hour realized my mistake - I nearly freaked out...

I joined the Everest challenge on day one exactly one year ago. I am at 2700 miles and 140,000 ft of climb. Now that it is cold in Iowa I will be riding indoors and will be using your tips to get me to the top a little faster. My goal is to have the Tron bike by Christmas! Thanks.
