I am just now seeing this. Yes, we have to go back and heal that childhood trauma I had to learn that. I am still healing but I have come a long way. Healing is an ongoing process in all areas of my life. God Bless
Dating is gathering data. A lot of times women lose the upper hand because it's not what we say, it's what we DO. The one you do like doesn't call, text, or make himself available. Why? Premise: 2:54 it is not the person nor you that determines the outcome - doesn't matter how physically attractive you are. It is the way you BEHAVE. It is not you it is what you do. When you have a guy you don't like you act a certain way, and when you have a guy you do like you act a certain way. Getting the upper hand: Everything you do, whether they like you or not, will depend on what you DO. Getting the upper hand: The guy that you like: you have to act like you don't like him. Do the opposite of what you would do. You as a female do certain things with the guy you like vs. the guy you don't like. With the guy you don't like: you're non chalant, don't return his call all the time How? 1. 8:12 availability: law of scarcity, that which is plentiful is underappreciated. Make yourself scarce. He begins to take for granted that thing --whether conscious or unconscious. Men always want something they can't have. Stop playing hard to get, BE hard to get. 2. 12:01 find meaning in your life outside of this person: a man has to believe your life has meaning beyond him. If not he'll begin to undervalue you, take you for granted, and you'll begin to rely on him for your happiness. No man wants to be in a relationship with someone who has no life other than them. Find something that you're passionate about, now you can't become my world, you can become a part of my world. Until a man earns a status in your heirarchy you cannot give him that status, that value on your list. Don't look for a relationship to fulfill you alone --you need to be able to fulfill yourself and be happy on your own. If you don't love yourself how can you truly love someone else? You're not responsible for your pain but you are responsible for your healing. 3. 17:32 POWERFUL: you must create a level of uncertainty. When you're with the man, if there is never a fear of loss, fear that he might lose you based on his behavior he will always at some point take you for granted. You must create an element of doubt. When there's not an element of doubt then the appreciation for that thing goes away. If the fear of losing it is not there, then I'll never fully appreciate it. E.g. you have a sense of hearing but what if you go to the doctor and they tell you that your hearing is decreasing by 10% every year and in 10 years you'll be deaf. Well now you'll appreciate your hearing much more and notice all kinds of sounds more. If you're putting up with everything he's doing, you're just rewarding bad behavior. E.g. you know he's screwing someone else but he calls you the next day and you go out with him and let him hit it. E.g. That's like: if your kid says to hell with you Dad --and then you go and buy them an iPhone. You have to become the person you want to attract. Start doing the work: your body, your education, etc. Whether you like it or not you are in a game and you gotta do the work. If you want a great anything you have to do the work, just like if you want a great relationship.
You just confirmed that it doesn’t matter what you do because if they like YOU they will like what YOU do. But the person you don’t like can do the exact same thing and it will piss you off. Basically, it doesn’t matter what you do. 🤦🏽♀️
