I’m grateful for life, my friends who support through my journey of life (incl you)! My children. And all of life’s ups and downs (especially the downs). Learning from everything. The experiences that builds our knowledge in how we navigate through life.
So grateful for you and your journey it’s not easy we’re all navigating this thing called life but without the lows(lessons) we wouldn’t appreciate the highs! Love you always ❤️
I broke up with my husband almost a month ago. Been together on a long distance relationship. 4 years. Not a good feeling because I made the decision, but at that time as you said, was the right decision 👍
Okay I’m still triggered . 🥴y’all carried through a world class wedding and did all the marriage vidoes and all those gospel ig posts and carried us through a pregnancy . I remember one time you were giving people advice in the season of singleness only to divorce and now you’re talking about how to handle a heartbreak 🥴😵💫. Cass 😩 give me something to work with here . Are we a joke to you 🥺😩😂. Mixed feelings . Anyway leave the internet on the internet . Everyone is just trying
Sometimes I read these comments and I’m so disappointed honestly but your right leave the internet to internet! People really don’t understand life but we all learn sending love always
Happy Monday Cassandra, Today I’m grateful for my life and all the blessings that is in it. I am enjoying watching these vlogs. You are doing a wonderful job and I know you are inspiring many people. During or immediately following a breakup, we are generally more likely to be weathering a storm of our own emotions rather than considering opportunities for learning and growth. Breakups can be devastating. Practicing self-care, developing strategies to manage emotional overwhelm, and seeking support as needed can help us, in their aftermath, to develop both a clearer vision of the self and a newfound ability to face the world with wisdom and peace. Self care after a break up is a beautiful thing. When handled well, breakups can help us grow and develop as individuals.
I agree with growth may not come straight away or wanting to grow there will definitely be the crys, trying to come to terms with your own emotions and that’s all part of feeling and being allowed to feel! I agree! I hope I haven’t made it seem like it’s just about growing before first feeling appreciate your feedback x
I am grateful for life, for the protection of my family, church and friends! Thank you God!!🙌3 weeks ago my mum was rushed to hospital! They found blood in her brain. She almost died! Today she is recovering, walking, talking, doing things for herself! I am so grateful to God!!❤️🙌🙌
Very good talk. Thank you for sharing of yourself. I recall finding your stories maybe about 4 years (?) ago. Here’s to the experiences of before and unfolding of things to come. 🎉
Cassandra!!! I have been following your journey since the wedding video and I am so happy to see you still shining and standing in your power!!! Get it queen 😍
This was so inspiring to watch and so relatable. Literally can relate to a lot of the points you made. It’s all about growth and looking forward to the journey!
