Here’s how I, as a mind coach, turned this challenge into a valuable lesson using the Freedom Alignment Method: 1️⃣ Self-Reflection: Every physical misalignment, like today’s symptoms, is a message from my body. 📚 Using the metaphysical anatomy section from my book, "Break Free from Pain", I reflected on what my body might be trying to reject from my life. 2️⃣ Journaling: I journaled to let my subconscious thoughts and suppressed emotions surface. 📝 This process is crucial for pinpointing the root causes of discomfort, transforming these insights into words for deeper analysis. 3️⃣ Emotional Identification: Through journaling, I identified specific unresolved emotions affecting my physical state.
