What I think would help a lot of people is show what your hair looked like before you started training it for waves so they can compare to their textures

While working out and getting sweaty wear a wave builder wave cap or a stalking cap. ... When swimming in the pool or ocean wear a micheal phelps looking swim cap? ... IDK I don't really swim man.
