It’s easy to do this on a private server so that nobody steals the elite npc kill from you (For your information: Elite bosses spawn every 10 minutes so be quick if your in public)

1. Do elite hunter quest 20 - 30 times (get quest and kill elite npc) 2. Go to Hydra Island and into the waterfall and break the wall with an ability 3. Kill 5 ghosts 4. Pull on the Yama until u get it out. If you die u haven’t done enough elite hunter quests.

You gotta wait 10 mins for each quest, the elites are far away, someone can steal your kill, you gotta wait another 10 mins, someone steals ur kill, the loop continues. It's not that easy but i recommend using portal
