New subscriber here, I just love it when someone takes pride in what they do and that makes it not only look better, but says a lot about you as a tech!! Keep them coming
We also insulate back suction & liquid lines as our A/C units are reverse cycle and very rarely have a furnace hooked up in line with an A/C unit. Nice pipework mate, the ratchet tube benders are a game changer .
You didn't install a filter/drier, and I wouldn't trust that press fitting for refrigerant. Those lines are going to vibrate a lot. The HOMEOWNERS are going to have to PAY SOMEONE ELSE to come and weld the leaks that you just insured WILL HAPPEN. They LOOK nice, they are FAST, they are cost effective for YOU. But they WILL cost the homeowners in the future.
@@Respect.The.Grind.. Would YOU want someone doing crappy work at YOUR expense ?. I've been an HVAC tech for 20 years and I have had to go and replace some of these fittings. What I said is the Truth.
@@c.blakerockhart1128maybe he put the filter drier by the evaporator coil like your supposed be too. As far as the press fittings oh well I hear ya. But forreal calm down your getting way to worked up lol
Man everything was great until you ripped the armaflex with your bare hands lol (homer simpsons “doh!”).. a knife my guy. Other than that great work 👍🏼
You guys are running rogue with these press fittings, our company has been replacing them whenever we come across one. They’re leakers. We’ve made tons of revenue to remove them. I really feel bad for customers.
Why didn’t you use the 3/8” shoe and arm with the hilmor to bend the liquid line? So on the shoe where it’s printed hilmor is when you line it up to make the bends. How you are doing it going by the handle may be pretty close to that. I will pull out mine and check. Great tip on how you mark the pad for lining up the line sets!
