I am trying to do no. 2 to the letter. What am I doing? I found an MS word file where I have 800 friends from the UIUC (University of Illinois) with their very old email addresses which have the domain suffix of uiuc-dot-edu. Now I realize that they have a new server domain ending with illinois-dot-edu, and so, I realize that I have to make sure I jettison the uiuc-dot-edu suffix from my old email addresses as soon as possible and get rid of them fast! Why? Too many old email addresses that you send in an email - they will likely get hard bounces for all of them in a very high number that will tip off the spam filters, and if the recipients do not select the so-called "!" - the mark that is called the "spam complaint button" on you (if you are lucky), the ISPs or even the IPs will spam-complain against you instead. They will likely accuse you of sending outdated email addresses in bulk, which in serious cases, will mean you can be banned by the ISP or IP from sending any more such emails in bulk temporarily or permanently until you clean out your old email address lists.

What about links? I want to have people view my RU-vid training by following a link, does this trigger spam filters?

A legitimate link like RU-vid.com won't trigger a spam. Your entire message is analyzed and if there is a bunch of FREE and content that appears to just wanting to capture peoples info especially if it is private then the RU-vid link would be an issue. For training, it shouldn't be a problem.

So my email always goes in to spam. Even when there's someone email me, it will goes into spam. I try to make new emails but still same. It goes into spam. I even try to connect different internet but the result still same. I try to buy new phone and literally new everything but still goes into spam. So what's wrong with this? And how to resolve it

Hey I recently configured my Gmail account with outlook 2010. There after I am not getting any emails in my inbox. It directly go to all Mail folder. How can get all my Emails in inbox rather than going in All mail folder in Gmail......please advise

You can configure your Gmail to have mulitple folders. Gmail will try and determine which folder to place the email in. If you want all your emails to go to one folder you can customize your folders.

That is where they belong and not in inbox! I get spam in my email inbox, I forward them to spam@uce.gov

@@shameemahamed6778 gets enough complaints, an investigation is launched and their isp terminates them and also charges are brought against them. A legit business does NOT need to buy emails and spam people! Only illegitimate business have to do this!

Yep, because if you do not follow what he recommends, you could end up on a spam blacklist by any of the DNSBLs - or domain name server block lists. Block lists are also known as "blacklists." Examples of blacklist companies include Spamcop DNSBL and Barracuda DNSBL. If your email address is listed with any of these companies, your email ability is 100 percent hindered--really!!! That means every email you want to send when you are on a blacklist will be sent back to you - bounced. And ONLY YOU can see the message, and recipients will never see any of those emails at all. So, your bounced email sends while you are on a blacklist is like being shadowbanned on social media companies like Instagram! Not funny, and certainly extremely painful!!!! Getting off the blacklists when you are on them can be extremely difficult - enough to make you give up your life. If you realize you cannot get off the blacklists permanently, forget about emailing. Just remember that there are anti-spam laws that you have to follow when you are emailing. It is just plain and simple! JUST SIMPLY - NEVER SPAM ANYONE!!!
