I'm glad my it's all worked out for you. Now as what I always like to say, please keep in mind that getting an ex back does not mean the work stops there. I feel I need to give my thanks to so many of these relationship coaches on RU-vid. All of us are truly blessed to have you. Thank you Brad, I finally got him back and we feel stronger and happier than ever. Your videos helped me so much. Starting no contact was the hardest thing. Please do it, ladies. I heard it all. “Go away, I hate you!” “We won’t be together again!” On day 12 he began to reach out, and was clearly annoyed I was not replying. This worried me, but I continued on with my life. Finally when we started talking again, after a day of just regular talking, on day two he admitted he missed me and wanted to give us another chance! We discussed everything through clearly and feel more powered than ever. This is also a long distance relationship. I hope this gave some people some hope, and thank you so much Brad! You’re amazing.
Hey congrats, Amelia! I'm glad my it's all worked out for you. ;) Now please keep in mind that getting an ex back does not mean the work stops there. I am doubtful whether this will work on my ex because he is a bit different, i feel like he is more of the kind who will feel like "she does not care much after all" and he may feel i am not the type to stick around but at the same time he also is the kind of man who very easily takes things for granted and does mot realise doing it.
Be strong! It's time to find a more positive outlet for your emotions. It's totally okay to cry your eyes out (just NOT in front of your ex), this is healthy, but try to balance it with other stuff. So keep your mind occupied, get busy with a lot of stuff like hobbies, work, etc. focus on what makes you feel good and take time to heal as well. Also read my Ex Factor Guide, which covers commonly possible ‘what if’ scenario and will give you pretty much everything you need to know, so read it many times over until you master it. The aim of the guide is basically to put you in the best position to get your ex back...and to avoid the pitfalls to increase your chances altogether. Check it out at www.breakupbrad.com Good luck!
I also want him to get back in my life.. But he dont hace feelings for me now;? Is i was just his attraction.. If i might be her love.. He never can se me crging bcz of him... Wht shld i do in this situation.. Can i make him feel the same by using this?.. I he will be having the same feeling before he was having?.. If it is possible i want him back 😔
Please do not annoy her. A relationship requires 2 people to be IN love. Ex's can still love each other, but you'll never get the person to be in love again. This guy is just encouraging people to be stalkers basically.
Watch this, first: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-T_W_ilf9x6w.html At this point ...and I really hate to say this, but you may not have much choice. So yes, cut off contact for around a month. Okay? Besides, what do you plan to do if you don't cut off contact? Text your ex every now and then? That would only make you appear desperate and that's never attractive and keep in mind, your goal is to rebuild attraction, right?
My ex says she doesn’t want me back and we’ve been texting lately after not talking for a while, I pushed with talking about getting back together. Now I realize that I’m getting closer and just need help with getting her attraction back
That was totally the wrong approach though and I've talked about that here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-juhamVEwsxU.html You ought to review this first: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-L0hxYTCJ2hU.html and in fact, apply the tips here too instead of taking the shortcut: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1kJ1ybuFIHE.html In the future, if you're still not sure about what you're doing, I really suggest you sign up for my coaching program so I can assess your situation properly and guide you accordingly at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

It's okay to be scared... just learn or start learning to trust yourself more. It's pain that changes people to become a better, stronger and wiser version of themselves. :-)
My boyfriend broke up with me yesterday I admit I messed up cause I wasn’t showing my affection although I did and told him to give me a chance but he’s still saying no😔
How long have you been cold and distant to him before he finally dumped you? It's very important to give it time to let whatever anger and hurt there is between you two, especially from your ex's side, subside. Sometimes it takes a month but oftentimes it takes longer or shorter depending on the situation. You simply cannot rush this. An apology is in order, too. These may help: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qnE192fUKxI.html AND ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-f0F8q2IIgtE.html
Same sis. My boyfriend broke up with me yesterday because of my overthinking and insecure 🥺🤧 I still love him but he said he needs some time and later I found out that he started following his female friends on IG...
The no contact is the hardest, but it’s worth a shot… he used to love me like no one else could, then I messed up and now he’s cruel and doesn’t hold the same love for me again. I’m willing to try anything to get the guy I fell in love with
What did you do? I suggest you heed my advice from this vid, first and foremost: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jikW4YYC9yo.html and from my other vid here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PN-07kAtIjw.html but also make sure you aren't being defensive or deflecting the blame because that's as annoying as ever. It may help to apply the tips here first: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qnE192fUKxI.html
I was dating my ex for almost 4 years. Long story short, I ended things because I was confused about my feelings - things were not romantic anymore and felt too friendly. We did not act broken up for about 2 weeks of me initially "ending" things. Then finally we don't communicate for a week and during that week I realized my feelings are still there and I want to get back with him. When we met up and talked about that he said "Well I'm confused now and need some time to think about that." But, we started hanging out again and acting like we were dating but we weren't officially back together yet. He then started to say things like "we should get dinner next week". I go out of town for a weekend, asked him to come with but he said he couldn't because he had studying to do, but I saw on social media he went out every single night that weekend. He told me he wasn't getting with any girls, he was out with his lax team. Well I blew up his phone because this hurt me..... and I told him I want to talk in person when I get back in town. We talk when I get back, and he basically said "I have to tell you things are officially done 'for now'" and "I want to know what my life is like without being in a relationship because I've always had you there for me" and he even said "Maybe over this summer I'm gonna miss you and want to start seeing you again". So things are officially done, that was the last time we talked which was about 2 weeks ago. I haven't reached out to him or anything. But it feels like he's moved on because he hasn't contacted me. I don't know if I move on or wait for him. Please help
My ex and I have been broken up for months now. He likes someone else a lot, a girl who used to basically bully me(we were good friends at one point), who honestly is no good for him and his older sister sees it too. She wants her away from him and even after all the crap me and him have been through, I want what's best for him. I still feel strongly for him, and his sister know's that. She encourages me to be with him because she knows how happy I used to make him before my life came crashing down
Sorry to hear that. Has he left you for someone else? Chances are your beau has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Discussed that in depth here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA There's no easy way to say this but the answer is is to move on, especially if your ex doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and asking to get back together. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. But take into consideration about what I’ve mentioned here, too: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-m27TLeyUmwg.html There is no right or wrong answer here because it is your relationship and it's personal to you. Make sense? Anyway men and women cheat for different reasons, but if you think your ex is worth it and if there's been a genuine connection between you two before the cheating happened, then try to see the roles that you BOTH played that led to all this mess and see once and for all if it can be resolved or not, okay? Really take your time before deciding though and be sure not to make any hasty decisions from an emotional place. Take care!
I broke up with my boyfriend just the day after my birthday because he stopped showing interest and stopped putting effort in our relationship. When I said to him i think we should break up it was like he didn’t even care my heart was completely broken I was depressed for 30 days straight while he was out laughing and having a good time with his friends i honestly don’t see myself getting back with him but I really just want him to see wat damaged he has caused me because I still love him so much but I know that he doesn’t feel the same but I’m hoping he does come back
If there was a true connection there, I think he's just trying to save face. Men have huge egos. Have you tried to for example, to encourage him to put in more effort instead of breaking up with him right away? Being dumped out of the blue can be devastating, you know. Try to apply the tips here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IhGnPtpJTbM.html
So, I was depressed a long time ago, and I broke up with my ex, but now that I’m no longer depressed I wish I never broke up with her, I need her, I still love her, I still miss her, if there’s anyone kind enough please give me some help. I’m doing what this vid said but nothing is happening

Yo boys take notes a month later I’m back and I gotta say THIS WORKED! I aren’t leave comments but she’s here right now looking over my shoulder reading this laughing . Cheers brothers best of luck!
That's awesome! Hey, you never know who else can benefit, so if it’s not too much to ask and if you haven’t already, please like, share, and subscribe to my channel so you won't miss any of my upcoming videos. I'd really appreciate it!
Yeah! Once you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule and assuming you did it correctly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XonMtLFo000.html but make sure you tick off the checklist here first: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BAhMrmw3Sms.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? It's too complicated to explain everything on here, but here's an overview of these phases and what to expect in each one: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aeGNPBdpnsI.html Good luck!
You need to take time to heal and be happy on your own first. I suggest you employ the FULL 30-day "no contact" rule and be mindful of the tips in the following videos to help you out: y2u.be/gUBNd6pDINM AND make sure you don't make the number one mistake here: y2u.be/1cBpNrDDHnw So once you've completed the no contact phase, watch my texting tips on how to re-establish contact with your ex. This is only one among the many texting tips posted across my channel. Start with these: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XonMtLFo000.html AND y2u.be/RggluigF74E but if you're still lost about what to do despite the tips sprawled on my channel, then you may want to sign up for my one-on-one email coaching at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching Best of luck!
Wait for a better time before interacting with your ex, however, don't wait around doing nothing. Take a leap of faith on a new path as well because you never know where life can take you, which may be better without your ex. Use this time to heal and prioritize yourself. But if it's been more than a year or so, make sure to check the signs if your ex has moved on, here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZyJRphwDca4.html This should help guide you on what to do for the time being: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hlikXIfMYN8.html However, make it a point to be really productive with your time being apart. Follow the tips here to help guide you further: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gUBNd6pDINM.html AND ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WVFZVqFDFV4.html&ab_channel=BradBrowning now when the time comes where your ex is free or is constantly contacting you, check out my other videos here in RU-vid to help you with a lot of texting tips as well as when to give up trying. Good luck!
Just choosing not to think about it is already thinking about it! Posted some tips here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PBotQygy7os.html
Do the dynamic "no contact" rule or limited contact. You've got a long way to go but for starters, you can follow the tips here to prevent things from getting even more awkward than it has to be: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GTjEAGJWTuA.html AND ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dDZrnNh8LOg.html
My ex started hanging up with another guy and when I tell her that you’ve to chose anyone, she still thinks about me. But she says she doesn’t has feelings for me. I said a lot of bad things to her after I came to know she’s hanging out with another guy because I didn’t want her to go with any other guy other than me and I thought I lost her
Stop interacting with her when she's already dealing with someone else. As tough as it may be, it's always best to come to terms with the breakup and the fact that you're both single now. You doing the "no contact" rule neither prevents nor encourages your ex to go with someone new. In other words there's really nothing you can do to keep your ex from getting with someone new if they want to. Save your dignity and never chase. Watch this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tc3IRenh_30.html
I need him back,he still loves me but a little bit... I told him that I'm still in love with him and he understood that but hes tired I need him back please anyone know how to get him back?🙄💔
Here are the basics to getting an ex boyfriend back: y2u.be/aeGNPBdpnsI I also suggest that you read my Ex Factor Guide since that’s much more detailed and so you'll know how to go about it, what to do after each phase (there are three phases in total and the "no contact" rule is only the first), including what to say, do or not do, along with bonus materials for texting, and the psychology of how a man thinks and understanding men in general. Good timing is essential! Check it out at www.breakupbrad.com/fbuy
If it was on and off to begin with, which yes, can be really emotionally draining, I think you did the right thing by trying to give each other space. An on-and-off relationship often signifies underlying issues which have been left unaddressed for quite some time. Read this first to know what to expect when you have this kind of dynamic in your relationship: bit.ly/1HjcagC But if you're interested in making this your last breakup, sign up for my coaching program at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching especially if there's an available spot!
Moreover as brad said... Your level should be upper than her.. in every aspect.... Only then she will start missing u... Coz then..she will make u over her..in kinda success
It's an uphill battle for sure with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule. Prepare for an uphill battle but if you play your cards right and depending on the extent of damage done, it can actually still be salvaged. Try to prevent things from getting even more awkward than it has to be by applying the tips here as much as possible: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GTjEAGJWTuA.html AND ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dDZrnNh8LOg.html
I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. More about that on here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5UT92IB5ugs.html Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aeGNPBdpnsI.html and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-D1GpR5MApQk.html Good luck!
I just came off a breakup, right now I’m gonna focus on myself since I’m 14, prolly gonna wait till Im 16 to start talking to girls again but I will definitely use this advice

Plz help me...my ex is a very simple but he doesn't feel for me anymore what should I do? I can't breathe without him ...I want him to feel for me again ❤️
Hi there! Getting an ex back is a gradual process, so there's no one-action solution for this. Okay? This vid contains an infograph that might be of help to you: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7JtmVbDkblw.html but watch this too as this contains equally important information: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BLTA4yjTc2I.html The "no contact" phase is a good start, so do that first if you haven’t yet, for 30 days. If you have, then I'm glad you've completed it. There are two more phases to go with a few other steps in between (in the right order). What I'm trying to say here is it's a 3-phase process, and it's a bit complicated to explain it all on here, but I made an overview in the hopes of making people understand, so watch it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aeGNPBdpnsI.html or read my guide for the entire process. Good luck!
i m in relationship from past 6 years but now he is not interested in me 😞 we had great tym in past nd suddenly he said grow up time changes 😞 ,,i still love him i m so into him that his memory got stuck in my mind i cant get over of it
Really sorry to hear that. I know it's shocking when someone suddenly switches up on you, especially someone you thought loved you deeply. But the bottom line is your ex has significantly lost attraction. Watch what I’ve explained here and watch the entire length of the video to gain full understanding, as well as know what to do: y2u.be/E9wG_ErBQoI It’s important to rebuild the attraction naturally so your ex will be amenable to working things out, eventually. This is what my guide is for but you can also learn the basic principles of my 3R system here and watch the vid til' the end so you don't end up missing the important points: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aeGNPBdpnsI.html and the golden rules here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1kJ1ybuFIHE.html
Be careful because there's a huge chance he just wants to have his cake and eat it too. Remove yourself from the situation first and focus and love yourself first. Watch this, too: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xAKxNWWygKY.html

Great video, I was in a beautiful marriage before my now ex wife left me, i still love her and most times i cant stop thinking about her, i am doing my very best to get rid of the thought of her, but i just cant, i love her so much, i dont know why i am bring this here for, i cant stop thinking about her.
Yes because sending her useless text messages won't help and is a huge mistake. Watch this first: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jikW4YYC9yo.html So it's it's best you go by the golden rules here as much as possible: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1kJ1ybuFIHE.html Now I can't assess the damage per se, and it may or may not be too late, but it’s definitely time to move forward from whatever mistakes you've made and not repeat those! Don’t be so hard on yourself, though, since this is a fairly common issue and most people are guilty of this at some point. If you'd really want to gauge your chances of getting back together (it may not be all doom and gloom after all) I suggest you take the free quiz on my website and answer as honestly as possible, at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Good luck!
That's right.
The pain you experience during a breakup is no joke. Getting an ex back is a gradual process, so there's no one-action solution for this. Okay? The "no contact" phase is a good start, so do that first if you haven’t yet, for 30 days. Good luck!
My ex has moved on and has completely lost all attraction towards me. She thinks I’m weak and my personality repells her. I’ve been doing a little better while losing weight and gaining muscle after going to the gym almost every days my personality is changing for the better. We dated for 7 months. I confidently believe that I have a chance in the future for a re-so. Do you guys think so too?
It's hard to tell without some solid background, man. At this point, she is repelled by you, like you said. So this depends on you now and how well you play your cards right. Tips on how to do that are all over my channel, so check out my other videos, too!
Being on the other side of this (thankfully failed) it seems super manipulative. I wrote a note to myself of all the fucked up shit he did to me, to ensure I didn't start feeling bad for him.. if someone doesn't love you anymore, don't try to force it.
Like I always say, the decision is ultimately up to you. You know your situation best. Sometimes a relationship can be salvaged and worth the save but sometimes it isn't, especially if there's cheating or some other type of abuse involved.
That sad feeling when you've put in all your effort into becoming a better and more attractive version of yourself in 3 months only to get slapped with a reply from your ex "i'm with someone new now".
I know but those changes you're making are for you and not your ex. The same thing goes when you're trying to base it on someone's reaction, which is like asking for validation. Don't do that to yourself, yeah? Continue to do good anyway and leave your ex alone.
@@BradBrowning thankyou for replying brad, but can i ask you a serious question? You might just jelp me deal from my panic attacks and turn my negativity to positivity
I understand. It's going to be tougher than usual with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule.

Brad, Me and my ex have not spoken in over a year. I sent her a message a couple of days ago and that turned into about a 2 and a half hour conversation over text. She still says that she believes we can't get back together because she believes God doesn't want that to happen right now. She kept reminiscing about our past and it seemed like a very positive conversation. What advice would you give before I try to message her again???

Hii..my problem is she is afraid of me and she blocked my all contacts on social media etc.. she is ready to come but she is afraid of me and not talking .. so please help mee
How is she ready if she's afraid to talk to you? Unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially.

It's important to take time to get to know someone first, so take your time and try to see if your future spouse has the same goals as you as well as if they have the same capacity to love as deeply as you and vice versa. I'm sure she's out there somewhere. Good luck!
she broke up with me yesterday, she said she'll fix herself and she'll comeback if shes ok again, but she thered always s probabiliy of her coming back or no
Focus on texting and try not to meet up when one of you or both of you aren't ready yet. The phase you're on is the second phase where you're rebuilding attraction. It's part two of the 3-phase system in my guide but here's a quick overview to help you understand better: y2u.be/7JtmVbDkblw but as you go on this phase, you'll notice one or more signs here: y2u.be/nmRM3dZAzDA and the best you can do is to continue to play your cards right and move to the third phase when you're both ready. I hate how this all feels like I need to play mental mind games and manipulate a woman just to get her back. It's like this in getting a girl too. Why can't it just be simpler, it's like we have to treat women like little lost animals and we have to show them and lead them to what they want.
You're not playing mind games. You're merely respecting her wishes to break up while loving yourself and keeping your dignity intact. For the dumpees, that's the last one they have, really.
in my relationship, i was the wrong one and I've accepted every mistake of mine. but all the things I did because of the things he did in the past and i couldn't get my trust issues sorted. i was the one to break up. but i regret everything about those phase. i wish i could change everything. its been 5 months and i still can't stop myself from crying/all the regrets/and the guilt in me. it was 6 years relationship and i hate myself for ruining it and i see no other solution other than to live like that.
What happened and how was it your mistake? I suggest you heed my advice from this vid, first and foremost: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jikW4YYC9yo.html and from my other vid here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PN-07kAtIjw.html but also make sure you aren't being defensive or deflecting the blame because that's as annoying as ever. It may help to apply the tips here first: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qnE192fUKxI.html Be patient and let things play out first. Hey Brad I just broke up with my best friend after 7 wonderful years. She wanted to experience that single life and told me about my flaws. I can accept that since I want the best for her. But I’m totally ripped because I’ve lost a best friend that has been there for most of my life. We ended the relationship in a healthy way while talking to each other like adults. I guess all I can do now is work on myself to be a better version before I even think of getting her back. Hopefully my plan works out fine
Working on yourself is definitely a good way to start! Yes, love yourself first. Up and down feelings are common after a breakup. Give it enough time first but whatever the case, always try to heal, okay? That's what the 30-day "no contact" rule can help you do. As well as gain some clarity about your situation and whether it's good for you or not. Best of luck!
The no contact period is usually for 30 days but the average is 4-6 weeks, really. For some of my email coaching clients, I suggest to extend it for a few more weeks if the situation calls for it. It's really fair game unless you see your ex display the signs here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZyJRphwDca4.html Best of luck!
My boyfriend dumped me 10 days ago I cried I begged and used bad words and of course that got me no where... now hes blocked me everywhere. The reason for him dumping me are my severe mood swings and to tell you the truth I didn't treat him well for no apparent reason. I apologised afterwards with a text from a different number.he accepted my apology but He blocked me on that number too. It's been 5 days no contact for you think he will ever get back with me. Wr have been together for 4 years it hurts I miss him alot.
Rosa Salah start going to therapy and work on your mood swings. What’s the point in getting back together if you don’t change? Keep that up, so when he does unblock you and reach out you can tell him you’re working on yourself

Hey please help me out. Me and my ex broke up 3 months ago and I still can't get over him. We are friends on social media too but don't text now since few days. He broke up with me saying he lost his feelings and that I hurted him. I agree i messed up but even I got hurt because of him. We have competitive exams and so he couldn't handle studies and relationship together. We had fights few days before the breakup and it was the first time this breakup scene happened. We were together for 4 months but the connection I have with him is so special that I can't move on. I want him back but he is too busy for exam preparations.
We broke up and i was stubborn and didnt get back with her. She loved me for a year and more we hooked up 6-7 times and we were messing around the whole summer. Then i got a new gf and when i broke up i drunk texted her (1-2 weeks before new year) and we were chatting for a while until she got a new bf . Now i want her... WHAT DO I DO? Edit: I made out with other girls while talking to her and while she loved me (she knew, i was a stupid asshole and people told me she cried ) Idk WTF is wrong with me . When i have her i dont care but when someone else tries to get her i get mad and jealous
Brad Browning I really want her for her. We were snaping (not writing just pictures ) and sometimes she sends some just to me. I wanna fix what i have done... i want my first lovr back Edit: We are still to this day snaping . And the problem is i get jealous when she messes with other guys
Unless your situation falls under one or more of the scenarios here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-W7iC-gHmZ2A.html it's best you ignore contact from your ex. If your ex continues to reach out to you, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. Discussed that in full detail here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GTjEAGJWTuA.html So if your ex is really just texting some useless random stuff and/or asses her power over you, then you can just ignore and continue on with the 30-day "no contact" rule. Use your discretion. Watch and follow the tips here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bgOG9s1fac8.html
@@BradBrowning Well her and I kind of came to an amicable split back in August and since then I’ve seen her on about four separate occasions since then and intimacy was included in all of those scenarios. It even occurred last night, even though I hadn’t seen her physically in almost a month. I had been doing the long pause between responses for a while then she texts me on thanksgiving asking why I’m so distant so the conversation came back around a previous type of frequency. She says that she still loves and cares about me but she’s exercising other options on the homefront and I have been as well. I’m just trying to figure out what it all means.
I would say ultimately I really don’t wanna lose this person but I’m wondering if at this point in order to try to get more out of this situation for myself if I do need to go full Monk mode for a hot minute and just completely ignore her even when she tries to get down to the nitty-gritty and find out why I’m ignoring her.
What if I messed it up a year or so ago? Took her for granted and was too tepid to commit.... And after a year of still living together just as friends now... I've realized what an idiot I was... but she says she's too hurt by my old rejection of her and can't trust I won't leave her again? Now the tables are turned and I'm the devastated one... she asked me to move out and all I can do is work on so many things for myself

Sorry to hear that. I really hate to burst your bubble here but let him finish whatever unfinished business he has with this ex. Sorry, but there's not much you can do at this point, especially if your relationship only lasted a short while and more so if he’s seemingly (subconsciously or not) used you as a rebound, for your ex to jump back too quickly with her. Watch/review and apply the pointers here first: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GQY4N04uvtA.html AND ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5nfWRJRrnAs.html However, if you believe your situation is unique and there may still be a chance between you two, then let's take a look at your situation in-depth via my one-on-one coaching session at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching
Yes if you re assisted but on my side ldr and no one cares. Also there is many suitors for my wife and still I need to trust her as she said. For her is just a cellphone only she needs self silent treatment.. but she feels lost always crying for me said by her roommate and family contact me.
The thing about most of these is that tgey usually don't consider if you've had kids together. My wife now takes care of our two girls and works full time. How am I supposed to spend quality time with her if the kids take up all her time? I suppose I could offer to watch them then try and fit some conversation in before leaving for the night...

The no contact rule can work for you in the following ways: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zw0ChuXCEmw.html Your ex could be rebounding so no contact is the only choice at this point because the opposite is much more self sabotaging and will make your ex lose respect. My ex broke up two months ago and we talked about getting back together and they gave me hope about being together on august. August came and she is still unsure about being with me because she is trying to see how school and her job is gonna be like and she experiences it and she still says “maybe” to us being together and all but is never sure. I told her why do you still text me and call me and it’s because she said she doesn’t want to lose our bond that we have. She wears this ring she wanted that i gave her and she never takes it off and has pictures of us in her room still hanged up and she tells me she’s not comfortable yet taking them down and all. Im still here trying to be with her but now she tells me shes not in love with me and she’s not ready for a relationship yet and later when she’s ready she’ll maybe give me a chance. I don’t want to be a simp or anything i just truly love her and our connection was amazing. What should i do? The no contact is gonna be impossible because she is gonna text me all the time just not to talk about our relationship though.
Let her miss you, man, because unless you do, she will never see your worth and/or appreciate you and may just end up stringing you along, seeing how she's confused. Apply the tips here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4Qe-4A-CpVY.html
