I just received this email? "We are unable to approve your request. Effective July 2024, the administration of the National Test has been restored to pre-COVID policies and requires test candidates who do not have a medical need to test in person."
When Covid was taking place they approved the ability to take the test from home but have since restored the old requirement to take the test at the testing center. There are over 500 centers Nationwide so finding one should be fairly simple if you go to the pro metric website and search for a test center.
