Hey, I just sent messages to Nimc both on FB and X informing them of the otp issues on the Mobile ID App. Do well to add your voices to mine, so it could be resolved asap. Thanks.
@@sand_10 send a message detailing the issue to their customer care address (customercare@nimc.gov.ng) You can also send them a message on the app by tapping the three lines on the top left corner. Thereafter, tap help, input your name, email, message and send.
Once i open the app, network will disappear from my phone. it eill take more than 10mins loading and at end it would say NO CONNECTION, PLEASE TRY AGAIN... 😢
@@paulneedam5307 1. You can check if your NIN is genuine by dialing *346# with the line you used in registering the NIN. Do that first and see. 2. When you're done checking the NIN by dialing the code above and it brings out your NIN, write it down. Then redial *346*2*yourNIN#. Write the User ID and OTP down and use immediately. It could be that the previous OTP you generated has expired. It usually expires in 10mins.
@@JonathanNicholas-c4r I don't understand. Validation is instant. Once you type in your RRR in the box provided for validation, it takes you straight to where you can then download the slip.
You skipped where to login and enter otp The NIN what ever has become so wicked that even the valid otp do not login in successfully. I have downloaded my id, lost my phone and cannot find it again, I tried going to print my id after downloading the app yet the app is acting like the present government.

@@abdullahimuazu7966 are you sure you followed the process outlined? I think what you did is the virtual card. Follow the process in the video to get the premium slip.
@@edjekotachristian120 no I went to show my Id and it show the front of the ID instead that is what I want to confirm before I print the premium nin slip
@@edjekotachristian120 Okay I downloaded a PDF one but mine 3.7MB but what I actually need is 5MB for ID verification? Please how can I increase the resolution Thanks
ALERT Please, if you were experiencing difficulty with the app due to downtime, you can check back now. Or alternatively make use of their website @ myportal.nimc.gov.ng/ Thanks.
Good day everyone. Please let's send our complaints concerning the otp issue enmass to Nimc customer desk at customercare@nimc.gov.ng Also, include your Tracking ID/NIN in the message. Via email.
Don't bother yourself with the otp sent by sms. Just dial the code I mentioned in the video. That code will generate your User ID and OTP. It cost N20.
