Well for me my yellow fever vaccine card and Jamaican passport, but with a US passport you can get the visa at the airport in Ghana but make sure you have about $150 - 200 usd to pay for one and yellow fever vaccine card and that should be it. You need Ghanacard to also start a business, buy land, get a job etc. You can also use it as a passport to travel to some countries. In effect you can't do anything without ghanacard.
