I just did alternate day fasting with electrolyte water on the days that I do fast and when I eat I eat really healthy. I lost 13 lbs in 8 days and I waist train as well. Hope this helps someone
Even though I know she got a bbl, but I understand why she did it because imagine going to the gym to be fit and confident with yourself and you look at yourself in the mirror...nothing has changed, your confidence starting going downhill again so you put yourself on a diet, but it still don't work. I soon realize that it's our mind(being obsessed with losing weight to be thick for example) that is causing us not to lose weight and it staring to effect our mental health, trust me I went through a lot and I'm going through a lot til this day(I'm still working on it) it hurts to be effected by social media and people in our family constantly criticizing our body😣

Truly the "BEST version" of ones self doesn't usually involve ANYTHING artificial. Just hard work and determination. Consistency, persistence and EFFORT. It's natural and in most cases a natural process. But that's just my humble opinion. To each his (or her) own. 🤷🏿♂️
