I used warm water to give baths outside......hooking up from the basement utility sink. I don't think they like straight cold water even in the middle of summer.
My Rottweiler hates the hose. Probably due to me using it as a scare tactic when he was a pup. I know dum 🙈🙈. So he tries to attack it. So I use a bath tub and a bowl to put water on him and rinse its tedious but I have to be quick or else he starts getting agitated. So bath time is 10 mins max! 😅
@@iluvutube4886 Kenai is being rehomed but we don’t know why. It must have been a gut wrenching decision. It is explained a tiny bit in the Community section.
@@barbaraforslund OMG! I am soooo upset. June and Fluffy were fighting really bad to the point where they had to be separated, so I believe June AND KENAI were the ones living outside the house away from the family. Kenai wasn't the problem. I don't get it. I believe Kenai is about 6 years old whom they had since a puppy. He didn't do anything. When you separate a family member from the rest of the family who they're used to being around every day, they're going to get depressed and even start having behavior issues. Why Kenai, whom they had the longest? You can tell he's sad in the video. I hope he doesn't go into severe depression to the point where he stops eating and thriving. He is already small for a Rottweiler. I am crying as I'm typing, so upsetting. I would take the poor guy if I could. I have 2 Cane Corsos who are well trained and get along with other animals who I feed a raw diet to, so a 3rd dog would be too much. I established pack hierarchy though. You have to do this with male dogs, otherwise you run the risk of them fighting with one another. They both eat at the same time, but I put the oldest one's food down first. When we come in the house, it's me first, my son second, then the oldest dog, then the youngest. Wow, I can't believe this!
@iluvutube4886 oh yes, ramble on. You clearly know better than the actual owners of the friggin dog 🙄 they haven't officially said anything about exactly what happened and don't even owe us that explanation. But I'm sure they'll tell us when and if they feel comfortable doing so. Stop pretending you know about their own dogs than them
