I listened to this song for the first time while sitting in an airport, about to leave a city forever after living in it for almost 2 years, a city I never knew before, didn't know a single soul from there; but in 2 years a city which gave me countless good memories & friends for life, a city which saw me stress out & cry nights after nights over career, relationships and what not, but the same city which celebrated some of my best moments with me. And at that moment, I couldn't help myself & broke down at the airport in front of numerous strangers, realising the fact that I may never set foot in the place so close to my heart. Exercise or sports at least 30 mins a day will help you discipline your mind and body. Since you are in a drop year don't spend your full day at home. Make it a habit to go out for daily chores or some part-time work. You can't study all day. Set timers for social media. Learn about mind maps and use it for study and also for planning other things in your life. Pray and eat healthy. All the best.
