How to give pain free local anaesthetic 

This short video shows how you can neutralise the acidity of local anaesthetic to give pain free local injections for procedures.
The local anaesthetic often seems the least important part of the procedure for us, but for the patient it is perhaps the most important step. I would say that you should start the procedure as you mean to go on, ie cause as little discomfort as possible. Hopefully make the whole procedure pain free and that starts right at the very beginning!
