We always get hit by these days where we just feel sad, unhappy and even lonely. It´s totally okay to feel like that, acceptance needs to be our friend here first. However, it can be our option to boost our own happiness because we can influence it. We have to power to do so. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO DO SO!
So if you feel low on energy, lacking happiness and feeling lonely, let me show you a simple exercise, which I learned to make me more happy or happy again.
