I just watched all of your glow up videos. Quick back story I have been shifting like every day that I’m happy with the way I look or Vice versa. I kept watching videos of people “glowing up” and going out to dye their hair or get facial treatments. I knew that is something I can’t do right now. After watching all of you self care and glow up videos I learned that it’s about having confidence and learning to love the way you look. Not to make your self a whole different person. Of course make up, outfits, and new hair are all fun and ways to treat your self (and we all need that sometimes) but it’s also just being happy with you and how you look. So thank you soooo much, I’m sorry if some stuff didn’t make since.

i can finally have an excuse to glow up! because we're stuck inside our homes because if anyone leaves their house it's fucking *ILLEGAL*! besides if you are going to the hospital and the grocery store,that's the only exception. there's national guards everywhere so it's been super stressful. so this is the perfect time to spend time on myself and improve myself :)

I live in Italy, in the province of Bergamo to be precise (the most infected one), I've been in "quarantine" (meaning I'm home from uni, and not seeing my bf and friends) for almost a month. Unfortunately I have to work 6 to 7 hours per day so I don't really have time to take care of myself or workout and I literally feel like a garbage bag. Anyway what I want to say to anyone outside Italy, that isn't in emergency mode yet, please stay safe and stay at home, don't go out thinking coronavirus only kills elderly people, a guy I know, fairly young (36 yrs old) and healthy is intubated rn, and many more are in the same situation. Here the situation is dramatic, and people still go out like it's something that isn't going the get them. Please stay safe, please.
