Oh that turned out adorable!!! Thanks so very much for sharing this experience and thought process with us... My husband and I have wanted to do a batik for a while now, but I didn't really like any of the waxes available for the process and I really didn't want to use up my beeswax for it. I love that you thought of the washable glue, I hadn't thought of that, great idea!!! The colors you used turned out beautifully together, very vintage and old fashioned, yet refreshing and very modern!!! Beautiful!!!
I imitated your pattern to make a cloth napkin, then combining it with a card making technique by Nancy Gamon, used this method to make cloth greeting card flowers then Christmas trees. I'm having fun with this one, thanks!
@@OnyxArtStudios Hi! I want to try this method on a tie dye tee shirt. Do you think the glue would come off teeshirt fabric easily? Does the glue make it impossible to tie up the fabric? we want to make simple tie dye shorts with the word COACH in resist on the back
🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️✌️🇨🇦 omg love this!!! Im going to give this a try! Love the color choice it's just beautiful! I screen print with my tie dyes too but this glue trick is fabulous. ✌️🇨🇦 cheers
Cute idea! Have to try this. Can you tell me what color purple dye you used in the circle dyed piece in the background of the beginning of this video? Thank you!
